"Unbelievable! This guy's ridiculously narcissistic," Jade thought, critiquing Lucas as they walked to a nearby table. "Who praises themselves for being beautiful? A simple 'thank you' would suffice."
Lucas gestured for them to sit, his eyes sparkling with amusement. "Please, have a seat. So, why have you been stalking me? Are you two degenerates looking to climb into my bed?"
Jade's anger simmered, his knuckles cracking as he eyed Lucas's jaw, contemplating the perfect punch. "How dare he call me a degenerate?"
Sun intervened, conviction etched on his face. "We just came shopping; I don't know what stalking you're referring to."
Lucas smiled, focusing on Sin. "Can I get you a cup of tea, Mr. Lyrien?" His twinkling eyes hinted at genuine interest.
Sin accepted, and as Lucas poured the tea, Sun wondered, "Why's he only getting tea for Sin? Is he into him? Poor Lucas, he's in for disappointment."
As they sipped their tea, Sin savored the flavor. "This is good, Sun. Next time, we should visit this tea shop."
Sun agreed, but his mind wandered. "I'm depressed. I was the one hunting men, and now Lucas is after Sin."
As the evening wore on, Sun checked his watch. "Sexy boy, can we leave? It's 6:30."
Sin nodded, and they prepared to depart. Lucas requested Sin's number, and as they exchanged contact information, Sun shot Sin a deadly stare.
"If eyes could kill, I'd be dead a million times over," Sin thought, receiving Sun's piercing gaze.
As they left, Sun teased, cuddling Sin's hand. "My sexy friend, that guy will be disappointed."
Sin's confusion deepened. "Why will he be disappointed? I didn't do anything."
Sun's eyes widened. "You didn't notice his interest? Wow, you're as thick as the Great China Wall!"
