As Nora nodded in agreement, Lila's expression turned determined. "We need to come up with a plan to get that journal back," she said. "And we need to do it fast, before Marcus can use it against us."
Nora's mind was racing as she tried to think of a way to retrieve the journal. She knew that Marcus was a powerful and ruthless man, and that he would stop at nothing to get what he wanted.
"I think I have an idea," Nora said, a plan beginning to form in her mind. "We can break into Marcus's office and steal the journal back."
Lila's eyes widened in surprise. "That's a crazy idea," she said. "But it just might work."
