Ken walks away, and after he leaves, the girl approaches them once again. Her name is Cherry.
"There are five people per room here, so form teams of five. Don't even think that the room you're assigned will be your permanent place," Cherry tells them in a clear and no-nonsense tone.
As she says this, Keroli wonders to himself which room they'll be assigned to in the mall.
But as soon as Cherry leads them to the escalator and they head to another floor of the mall, he sees something that changes his perception entirely.
The mall, once filled with shops and hotels, no longer resembles its former self.
Instead, every space that once held a store or a hotel room is now replaced with small rooms, lined up next to each other.
Each room has a nameplate outside, marking who resides there.
Keroli's mind starts racing as he takes in the scene—this is no longer a mall, but a place where people are now crammed into rooms.
