After learning how crazy and nonsensical my family lineage became after using the plot change ticket. With my mind conflicted I started walking straight to my room to sleep in my bed, even though there were still many things to see in the room and books to read, I was already very mentally exhausted.
Besides the fact that I couldn't get the possibility of someone having murdered my parents out of my head, although looking at the facts it's quite likely, but I want to hold on to that one hope that it wasn't so...
Because if I ever find out that they really were murdered, I'm not sure what I'm capable of doing.
Besides the inheritance of my parents only left me with more questions than answers, aside from the amount of ancestors, relatives and childhood friends I had increased, the only thing I learned is that some of the stories that are mixed in this world are not like the anime ones I watched with my ability to see in alternate realities.
A good example is the Princess Lover story, even before I changed things with the plot change ticket, the main character Arima Teppei never existed in this world let alone his father, plus unlike the original story my parents died during my childhood instead of during my teenage years, so it's hard to know if I actually replaced him as the main character.
The only things that are similar to the original story is that my mother looked exactly the same as Teppei's, even her name was the same, but from what I saw of the Princess Lover anime, the personalities of both were very different. The academy where the story took place was also somewhat different, although it is located in this same city and is still called "Shuuhou Academy", it is not as exaggerated in size as the one in the anime, I remember that in the anime the campus of that academy was as big as a city.
The same goes for Inuyasha's story, among the books that were in the room, there were almost twenty tomes that told everything related to Inuyasha, I briefly read a few and discovered that although the main plot was the same as the manga and the anime, it also differed in several things.
For starters, unlike the anime, Inuyasha's story of this world was much longer, and after Inuyasha and his friends defeated Naraku their travels continued for quite some time before they got to the story of Hanyou no Yashahime, it was even mentioned that they fought with other creatures from overseas who wanted to take over Japan, they even had a brief conflict with the Heros clan.
Also in the original story it was never confirmed if the Inuyasha movies were canon because they didn't affect the plot of the anime, but here they did happen and they had a big impact on Inuyasha's life and Tessaiga's abilities.
Kenichi: (And more importantly, in those books there was no mention at any time about Kirara, he was a small Youkai of the Nekomata race that could transform, he was practically the mascot of the group, so it's a little sad to know that he is not part of Inuyasha's story of this world).
That's why I can't assume that all the stories that are mixed in this world follow the same order as the original stories.
Thanks to my childhood memories, I already knew that Omamori no Himari and Maken-ki were also mixed in this world, but learning about High School DxD was a novelty, although at this point I don't feel surprised at all anymore, after all this world has even more ridiculous anime like To Love-Ru and Sora no Otoshimono.
At least I already confirmed that Type-Moon stories are not mixed in this world, that alone makes me feel a bit relieved, I already have enough on my agenda without having to deal with arrogant Servants, Alien Gods and psychopathic sorcerers obsessed with reaching the Root.
Kenichi: (Although High School DxD isn't any better either, from what I remember the reasons why the villains wanted to destroy the world were stupid, plus most of them were just pathetic perverts and I'm not even going to talk about the threat of the ExE Gods.)
High School DxD, in essence is a story quite similar to Shinmai Maou no Testament, it also has three factions that have been at war for thousands of years and even the main heroines have a similar appearance, but what differentiates them is that High School DxD has a much longer story and presents a larger supernatural world, plus the power scales are also higher.
Another thing I discovered is the difference between the different types of Demons. In both Shinmai Maou no Testament and High School DxD, the race that appeared the most was the Demons, but in this world, since they have different origins, they are called by different names.
In Shinmai Maou no Testament they are called Demons in the same way, beings that were banished from the Divine Realm to a dimension known as Demon Realm, in the story the reason was never mentioned, it is only known that the main reason why they are in conflict with the Gods is because they want to take over the Divine Realm.
In High School DxD they are called Devils, beings that originated in the Underworld when they were created by Lucifer who used the body of his wife Lilith to create them with the aim of becoming a military force to help him take revenge on God and his angels to fulfill his ambition to take over the world. They are the same Devils mentioned in the bible.
There are also other beings that are called Akumas and Mamonos, in other cultures they are called in different ways, but if you translate them all mean the same, from what I could read, for them this difference in how they are called is very important, although they do not usually get involved or have conflicts between them, if they have a great resentment between them, it is similar to how the Pure-Blooded Devils of High School DxD despise the Reincarnated Devils.
For example the Demons of Shinmai Maou no Testament, have humanoid bodies but with different types of demonic characteristics such as horns, tails and scales. On the other hand, the Devils of High School DxD have appearances more similar to humans, few are born among them with Demonic appearances apart from their wings that are more similar to bats.
So to summarize, just like the Heros clan and the Five Principal Clans.
Kenichi: (They are fucking racist, the only thing that differentiates them is that the Heros clan and the Five Principal Clans are much more extreme in their racism).
Here in Japan all supernatural beings as a whole regardless of their origin or culture are classified depending on how powerful their race is, the classes range from F, E, D, C, B, A, S, SS and SSS.
The best known and most famous supernatural beings such as vampires, werewolves, devils and Demons are usually Class A and Class S. Although there are several beings that have powers that surpass those of the class of their race.
For example the Youkai, depending on the race belong to almost all classes, but the Daiyoukai who have a strength that can match some gods fall into the SS Class, such as the Kyubi Yasaka who is able to fight on equal terms against Vitra, one of the Five Great Dragon Kings.
In the SS Class are mostly beings such as Gods, some spirit creatures and Dragons, and the SSS Class is a class reserved only for beings that have the power to destroy the world, Ouroboros Dragon Ophis, Great Red and Trihexa.
Kenichi: (Looks like the Rosario + Vampire classification system, well, at this point I wouldn't be surprised if it will also be part of this world).
Fortunately I'm not involved with any of the main characters of High School DxD, I'm just a distant relative of the Nakiri clan that is part of the Five Principal clans, they were only secondary characters that didn't have much importance in the story, besides they are so racist that they would rather commit suicide than having to relate in any way with a hanyou like me, from what I remember they even despised the members of their own clan that were born without receiving a blessing, so personally I don't want to have anything to do with them either.
Personally I don't really like the main characters in DxD. So aside from situations where the world and humanity are in danger, I don't think I'd get involved with them, although I don't dislike the idea of meeting characters like Sairaorg Bael and Vali Lucifer, I do like them, seeing as how they're both fight maniacs we might even become friends.
But with the other stories it's different...
Most likely they will involve me even if I don't want them to, especially Maken-ki, among the books I found a picture of my mother and several of her classmates wearing the uniform of the Tenbi academy where the main story took place, so it's pretty sure they must already have data about how I'm related to the Ooyama, I'm not sure when the story will start, but it's obvious to assume that they will contact me at some point.
After all I am a rare Ability Users with the Blood Point ability, the main villain Yamato Takeru, considered those with that ability as a threat.
The good thing is that the fighting level of the characters in that story is not that high, even I who am just starting to train am already stronger than some of them when they were in the final part of the story, the only real threats in that story are Yamato Takeru and his clones, even the main character wasn't that strong until he got the Maken Kamudo.
Also the Maken aren't that impressive either, although there are some powerful or with useful abilities like Murakumo, Kamudo, Makaru and Yata, the rest don't have such outstanding abilities, plus they have some limitations, compared to the Longinus-like Sacred Gears from High School DxD they're no big deal, although who knows, maybe it's possible to give them uses that weren't seen in the story.
I spent some more time analyzing my situation to calm down a little, until I could finally fall asleep.
When dawn came I woke up with a revitalized mood, for now I just have to concentrate on getting stronger, although I discovered the origins of the powers that are inside me, I don't have to rush to master them all, the first thing is to increase my base strength as a Hanma and then my control over the Youki.
If I had something to complain about it would be about my training routine, because of my Youkai side awakened, now I have much more strength than before, I would dare to say I have as much brute strength as Yuujirou and Pickle or maybe even more, that's why the training I've been doing so far is not going to do me any good anymore.
