One of the main things that system hosts gain throughout their journey are new powers and abilities— make sure that they are original.

They could have the Gates of Babylon for all I care, but make sure they have at least one power that actually belongs to themselves and doesn't belong to someone else, hell, they could have all fiction but at the very least give this man a pseudo-original wind manipulation ability, PLEASE.

Another thing, expand on the skills inside of your shop. Make sure that the protagonist gains some unoriginal and original skills at the same time, basically the yin and yang (not saying it's necessarily bad to be completely unoriginal or to be completely original).

So TECHNICALLY self-preference... But you're not gonna to question MEEEEEE, right?
