Erebus uncovered Azazela's hidden texts.
"Animus, she's been deceiving you," he urged.
Animus' heart sank.
Azazela's true intentions:
Harness Johanna's power.
Exploit the Carnifex's weakness.
Destroy Animus.
Rage ignited within Animus.
"I'll confront Azazela," she vowed.
Erebus nodded.
"Together, we'll stop her."
Police Task Force
Thompson and Patel interrogated Azazela.
"Explain your connection to Johanna," Thompson demanded.
Azazela smirked.
"I helped Johanna survive."
Patel's eyes narrowed.
"At what cost?"
Azazela's smile faltered.
"You wouldn't understand."
"I only did what I had to do."
Johanna's Awakening
Johanna's visions clarified.
The Light of Elyria.
An ancient relic.
Capable of defeating the Carnifex.
Troy's hope surged.
"We can stop them," he whispered.
"Yes we can, the potion Azazela gave me contains the Light of Elyria which is why I was able to cut into the Carnifex." Johanna replied
