Usually for a void beast higher the bloodline it possess higher will be it's upper limit and faster will be it's cultivation speed .

Monarch level beast are the type that is mostly contracted by the upper echelon of various forces . Although beasts with monarch level are rare and isn't obtainable for the public ,According to aaron's guess those high ranking figures should have a channel to obtain them.
Afterall accroding to the information he found in the internet , quite a few powerhouses in the void hall are at 7th level . for that they should atleast have contracted beast with a monarch level bloodline .
information of beasts with commander level bloodline and below are available to the public .beasts with commander level bloodline are available on the market for sale . But not only are they scarce but they are also priced with an exorbitantly high amount . Not to mention the fact that they are bought off immediately when are available on market but only those rich families are capable of buying them.
ordinary beast masters usually contracts beasts with ordinary or extraordinary bloodline but this alone limits their upper limit . With such a beast with low bloodline , the maximum they can reach is gold level and that is under the premise of a best case scenario .
Afterall the cultivation speed decreases as the realm increases . It is common for a silver level beast master who contracted a beast with extraordinary bloodline to take atleast 30-40 years to promote to gold level .So unless they gets an oppurtunity to promote the bloodline of their contracted beast their endpoint is a fixed outcome .

They provide these newly joined beast masters with the void beasts with high level bloodline to be contracted and other rich resources depending on their talents . They exchange loyalty for resources .
Still , there are many beast masters who prefer freedom . For such beast masters there are many loans available for buying their first void beast . It's like taking an educational loan for studying in his last life .

Most of the common knowledge on beast masters he collected was also memorized by him . The head of the San Diego base Quentin blair have fallen in the battle along with many other high level officials . now the entire city of San diego is on the verge of collapse . Who know how high the actual casualties are ? " Armin said with a gloomy tone as he watched the live video of the destruction of the San diego base city .
According to the shooting angle , the clip was captured by a flying drone . Usually such drones would get knocked down by the flying beasts at a moments notice . But now , maybe it was because of the availability of more prey , the beasts didn't bother with the drone . But it was precisely because of this disregard that the drone managed to fully capture the brutality experienced by those in the san diego city base .
beasts were rampaging along the streets destroying everything in their paths . large number of civilians fleeing aimlessly inorder to escape from this hell only served as a backdrop for this disaster .
occasionally , there are glimpses of some beast masters fighting against the void beasts to prevent this beast tide . they looked no different from tiny ants struggling to stop a flood . Still , they held onto their will and fought fearlessly against the void beasts .
All kinds of contracted beasts were whizzling past fighting under the command of their masters . Their speed was so fast that , all that was seen in the video was some blurry afterimages .
"Quentin Blair is dead ? " Aaron shouted out to armin who was busy
focusing on the live battle and destruction of the San diego base .
"yeah , he should have fell . other wise the san diego city wouldn't have been breached in so quickly " Armin said with a trace of regret oozing in his words .
"Fell ? But isn't he a diamond level beast master . How can he fall so easily and so fast at that ." Aaron asked his doubt out loud . He didn't bother watching the rampage of void beasts and counterattacks done by beast masters .
His whole attention was focused on the death of the diamond level beast master . even someone as strong as a diamond level beast master died in such an insignificant way . aaron heaved a depreciating sigh and focused his attention on the ongoing live broadcast .
