"In a land where mist meets death, nothing is as it seems."
In the heart of a rainy forest shrouded in thick fog, the Firebow Mercenaries, led by Arman, tread cautiously toward their goal. The mist envelops the surroundings like a hidden veil, until the sudden howls of bears echo through the area. Drawn by curiosity, they move toward the source of the sound, only to halt abruptly as a group of thunder bears emerges—a pack of strange beasts with electrified bodies and eyes glowing with energy.
Randall, one of the mercenaries, takes the lead, shouting:
"Spread out! Distract them and strike from behind!"
But the task proves challenging; the bears are swift, launching deadly bursts of lightning from their mouths.
Raising his sword high, Randall focuses his energy into a single, powerful strike. A bolt of lightning descends from the sky, piercing through one of the bears. Standing over the fallen beast, he examines its features and says:
"The king was right. These aren't ordinary creatures. They've changed entirely, as if they've been altered by someone."
After a grueling fight, the mercenaries continue on their way. They cross an icy, frigid area as snow falls gently around them. Matthias, the group's scholar, studies an old map and points to a marked location.
"We're close. The relic crystal is nearby. It's a rare artifact that appears randomly across the continent, and One of the major dealers sells it at an international auction seems to have found it and is planning to sell it."
Arman interjects, his tone serious:
"But that means Everyone Who is in the lands of chaos? there will go to buy it, so we must precede them will be here soon. We must reach it first, no matter the cost."
Their journey leads them to an abandoned village, its buildings crumbling and corpses strewn about—a sign of a recent tragedy. While searching the area, they discover strange markings carved into the walls:
"The hunters are coming."
A sense of unease washes over the group, but Arman urges them to press on.
That night, as they prepare to rest, piercing screams echo from a nearby village. They rush toward the sound, only to find a horrifying scene: villagers being slaughtered by a gang of ruthless thieves.
Hours later, in another part of the region, a group of hunters gathers, readying their weapons. Among them stands a masked warrior, observing them silently before saying:
"So, how are you all doing, mighty hunters? Feeling bored?"
One of the hunters charges at him, only to fall with a single strike. The masked man smirks:
"I heard you're the best, but you don't look like it. I want you to deal with the Firebow Mercenaries. Keep them out of my way... and leave the boy, Larios, to me."
Two days later, the Firebow Mercenaries traverse a narrow ravine between two mountains. Suddenly, the winds pick up, and stones rain down from the sky, sealing their path both ahead and behind. The hunters emerge, surrounding the group entirely.
One of the hunters laughs loudly, sneering:
"So, these are the mercenaries meddling in matters that don't concern them."
Arman responds calmly, his eyes gleaming with confidence:
"Are you sure you know who you're dealing with?"
From atop the ravine, the hunters ready their arrows, threatening the mercenaries. Arman turns to his team with a slight grin and says:
"Shall we begin?"
