Chapter 13 - Baby True Dragon- Velzard

As the Voice of the World announced:

"The conditions have been met. The second True Dragon will now be born."

Helel and Samael, standing nearby, looked at each other in surprise.

"What is this, Father?" asked Helel.

Samuel, on the other hand, was overjoyed. "Is it true? Is this my new sibling?" he exclaimed, his excitement palpable. He immediately turned to Roger. "Father, I want to come with you!"

Roger sighed, closing his eyes for a moment to collect his thoughts. In the blink of an eye, he opened them and spoke.

"Honey, Elizabeth, where is this birth taking place?" he asked.

Elizabeth pauce for a moment before replying, "It seems to be happening between the two Cardinal Worlds—on a planet that frees the entire galaxy."

"Hmm," Roger mused. "Let's go there. Samael, you may come . Halal, you should join us as well."

"Yes, Father," both Samael and Helel said eagerly.

Meanwhile, back in Heaven, the other angels were abuzz with curiosity. They waited impatiently, discussing how they would pamper their new sibling.

As Roger, Elizabeth, Samuel, and Halal appeared on the planet, they were met with a strange sight. In the center of the land, something was growing.

"Father, is that... an egg?" asked Samuel, his voice tinged with awe and curiosity.

Roger nodded. "Yes, my children. This egg was formed by my dragon aura. You see, when I came to this Earth, I took on the form of a new species—the True Dragon. Would you like to see it?"

Before they could respond, Roger transformed into his Valdanava form. His body glowed brilliantly, made entirely of stars, and his presence was felt throughout the entire Omniverse.

"Wow!" exclaimed Samuel and Halal in unison, their eyes wide with amazement. Even Elizabeth chuckled softly at her children's expressions.

"Now, now," Roger said as he returned to his humanoid form, his voice warm and calming. He approached the egg and gently picked it up. "How about we bring your sibling back to the others?"

"Yes! Yes!" said Samuel and Halal enthusiastically.

Roger then sent a mental message to all his children:

**"Children, gather. I am bringing your new sibling."**

Within moments, all five million of his children began to appear, filling the heavenly space.

"Father, what is this?" asked Amadeus, Roger's 4,026,000th son, his curiosity mirroring that of the others.

Roger smiled. "This is your sister," he said, holding up the egg. "Her name... hmm, how about we wait until she hatches?"

After half an hour of patient waiting, the egg finally cracked. A baby dragon emerged, its small, shimmering form radiating innocence and beauty.

As Elizabeth stepped closer, the dragon's first gaze fell upon Roger. Recognizing him instinctively, the little dragon let out a joyful sound.

"Ka, ko, ka!" it cooed, crawling toward him with tiny, unsteady movements.

"Wow," said Samuel, his heart racing at the sight of the dragon's overwhelming cuteness. He stood frozen, completely enchanted.

Even Helel couldn't resist smiling, while the rest of the angels broke into cheers of excitement and adoration for their newest sibling.

This sight melted both Roger's and Elizabeth's hearts.

"How about I give her a name?" Roger said, smiling warmly. "What do you think, honey? What should we call her?"

Elizabeth pondered for a moment before nodding. "How about Velzard?"

"Yes, that's perfect," Roger agreed. Lifting the baby dragon gently in his hands, he declared, "Your name shall be Velzard Morningstar. Like all your siblings, welcome to the Morningstar family."

As he spoke, Velzard began to shine brilliantly, her light radiating throughout Heaven. When the glow dimmed, Samuel stepped forward hesitantly.

"Father..." he began.

"Huh? What is it, my child?" Roger asked.

"Can I hold her?" Samuel asked earnestly, his voice filled with excitement and nervousness.

Roger chuckled. "Of course, my son. Here, hold her carefully."

He gently handed Velzard to Samael, who cradled her as though holding the most precious thing in existence. Velzard looked up at Samael with her big eyes and let out happy noises, melting his heart instantly.

Unable to contain himself, Samuel began rubbing his cheek against the dragon's tiny head. In response, WVelzard floated slightly in his arms and snuggled into his chest, eventually drifting off to sleep.

"Look at her!" Samael said, his voice brimming with joy.

Arikael, the fourteenth-thousandth angel created by Roger, stepped forward eagerly. "No, no, I want to carry her too, Father!"

Samael held Velzard closer and pouted. "No, I won't give her! She's sleeping! Go away, foo foo!"

Roger laughed at their antics. "Samael, take her to the cloud area in Heaven's Fourth Layer. She needs rest; she's just been born."

Samael nodded enthusiastically. "That's a great idea, Father. I'll prepare a soft cloud for her to sleep on."

Roger smiled warmly and addressed the other angels. "You can all come and play with her later, my children. For now, let her rest."

With that, Samuel carried Velzard carefully, his heart full of love and pride. Meanwhile, the other angels looked on, smiling, already planning how they would shower their newest sibling with affection when she awoke.
