As God teleported, Lightbringer descended to the 91st layer of the Omniverse. He gazed upon the past, present, and future of that particular layer Simentaniously.
"Hmm, nothing major seems to have changed. I suppose everything is going as it was meant to," he murmured.
"Are you sure about that?" asked Elizabeth in a slightly mocking tone. "I mean, you did transform The One Above All to keep being LightbringerOne. That's no small change," she added with a laugh. "He knows of your existence, you know. And so do countless beings across the multiverses in 91st layer, like Eternity and beyonder's others. They all know you are the true God. That's a pretty major change, don't you think?"
Roger chuckled, shaking his head. "Well, apparently it happeneds hahahah," he said with a grin and laugh nervously. Elizabeth joined him in laughter.
Suddenly, their Spirits children arrived, led by the Great Spirit of Light, Darkness, Space, Time, and Destruction.
"Father, you're here!" said the Great Spirit of Light.
"My children, what's wrong?" Roger asked, noticing the worry etched on their faces.
as he stepped forward, concerned. "What happened? Tell me."
The Great Spirit of Darkness spoke, "Father, in the Omniverse, we are Great Spirits. But there are 50 billion spirits for each element—Light, Time, Space, and so on—in every layer of the Omniverse. Each has their own free will and personality. Managing them is becoming increasingly difficult."
"That's not all, Father," added the Spirit of Space. "New spirits are also emerging—Great Spirits of Air, Wind, Lightning, Water, and more."
"You forgot White Lightning and River, sister!" chimed in the Great Spirit of Destruction.
"Yes, yes, but it's becoming unmanageable for us," the Spirit of Time admitted.
As they spoke, a sudden announcement echoed through the Omniverse: "Voice of the World: Individual Velzard Morningstar has obtained the Ultimate Skill Patience King Gabriel.
The spirits fell silent as in few seconds Velzard suddenly appeared. "Father, look! I've obtained an Ultimate Skill which have same name as Big Sis Gabriel," she exclaimed, beaming with Joy and happines that she finally got her Ultimate skill.
Gabriel appeared beside her, confused and curious. "Father, how did she get a skill with my name?" he asked.
Roger laughed, and Elizabeth smiled. "My children," Roger began, "I have created numerous skills in the names of my children, such as Michael, Samuel, and now Gabriel. There is no need to worry."
Turning to Velzard, he continued, "This skill you've acquired, Gabriel, Lord of Patience, is powerful. Let me explain its abilities:
Eternal World: Mastery over spatial and temporal continuity.
Succession: The ability to flawlessly inherit and pass down techniques.
Temporal Manipulation: Control over the flow of time.
Dragon Spirit Haki: A powerful spiritual aura akin to a True Dragon.
Universal Perception: The ability to perceive everything across the universe.
Universal Shapeshifting: The power to take any form.
Magical Techniques: Access to True Dragon Magic, Frost Magic, Blizzard Magic, and Snow Crystal Magic.
Time Stop: The ability to freeze time at will.
Digital Nature: Transformation into the concept of deceleration itself."
The spirits and all present stood in awe as Roger continued, "Now, you are on the same level as your brothers and sisters as All Angels had an Ultimate skill of their own.
. Velzards joy was contagious as she exclaimed, "Yatta!" and began bouncing happily around Heaven now that she is on the same level as her brother and sister in Heaven because all angels in heaven has ultimate skill .
Her excitement spread to the angels, and soon all five million of them were smiling and praying in celebration. However, as they recalled the rigorous training Roger had subjected them to, a collective shiver ran down their spines. Despite their love and respect for their father, his training was something they dreaded.
"Now, Velzard," Roger said, "go show your brothers and sisters your new skill. I need to discuss something with the Great Spirits."
"Okay, Father!" Velzard replied, dragging Gabriel along to demonstrate her powers. Soon, other siblings joined in, showing off their abilities.
Turning to the Great Spirits, Roger said, "I understand your struggles. I've already devised a solution. I will create a being to oversee and manage all other spirits, ensuring balance and relieving you of this burden."
The Great Spirits sighed in relief. "It's just too exhausting,Thanks Father" one muttered. to which Roger Smilled.
Roger and Elizabeth then moved to the 7th layer of the Omniverse. Though there was no need to "arrive"—Roger was omnipresent, existing everywhere simultaneously.
"To manage the spirits, we need a leader," Roger mused. "Someone like me to keep order."
"You're right," Elizabeth agreed. "How do we create such a being?"
"I'll create the soul, and you craft the body and skills," Roger proposed.
Elizabeth nodded, and together, they combined their essences. Elizabeth formed a stunning body: a blonde woman with long, elfin hair and butterfly-like wings. Roger infused the soul, bringing the being to life as bowed .
"You don't need to bow before me, my daughter," Roger said warmly as the woman bowed. as Elizabeth smiled kindly.
"Your name will be Ramiris, the Spirit Queen," Roger declared.
Ramiris glowed briefly. "Thank you, Father."
"Your task will be a difficult one," Roger continued. "You will oversee all spirits and maintain balance. Your authority will be second only to mine, Elizabeth's, and your elder brothers and Sister's—the Archangels."
"Yes, Father," Ramiris replied, her voice resolute.
"Now, go my child and create a labyrinth where you will reside. Choose its location: the DxD World or the Tensura World," Roger instructed.
After a moment of focus, Ramiris said, "Father, I choose the Tensura World."
"So be it," Roger said as Ramiris teleported to her new domain.
As she teleported, Roger asked, "Honey, what are her abilities, and how strong is she?"
Elizabeth replied, "She has control over all the elements and an intrinsic skill called Small World, which allows her to do anything within its boundaries. She also has more mana than Velzard and can draw mana from the elements themselves. In terms of strength, I'd say she's just below me, you, and the Archangels but on par with a True Dragon. Since she doesn't possess any unique or ultimate skills, she isn't bound by skill-related laws."
Roger let out a sigh of relief and said, "That's good."
Elizabeth raised an eyebrow in surprise and asked, "I thought you'd be against making her so powerful."
Roger replied with a grin, "Why? It's good, honey. Since she's so powerful, she can take care of some of our work, and we can have more private time. Think about it—doesn't that sound wonderful?"
He put his arm around her waist and pulled her closer, causing Elizabeth to blush. Roger leaned in and kissed her, leaving her flustered. Breaking away, she lightly hit him while saying, "Baka!" before retreating into his soul flustered.
"
