The celestial arcane is a powerful and mysterious entity. No one knows where it came from, or who created it. But what is known about it, that it travels from a planet to another.
It evolves the life in any place through the soul energy. For someone to get linked to the celestial Arcane. He needs to obtain his first kill, then he will get marked by it. The one who are linked, are called the mark bearers.
After someone gets the mark, he becomes immediately linked. After the first kill, the mark bearer will recieve rewards. One of these rewards is a skill.
Skills can be anything. It can be elemental, non elemental, physical, external, internal, etc. You can learn infinite passive skills. However, Active skills are a different story, there is only room for ten skills.
Active skills do not have to be related to each other. Passive skills are the same story.
The more you kill, the more you get stronger. But, between each grade there will be a quest to be completed, the nature of the first quest depends on a skill,but as the strength increases, the complexity of the quests in between also increases.
Low: Level 1 to 24
Medium: Level 25 to 49
High: Level 50 to 74
Perfect: Level 75 to 99
Lord: Level 100 to Level 124
Elder: Level 125 to Level 149
King: Level 150 to Level 174
Low Progenitor: Level 175 to Level 199
Mid-Progentior: Level 200 to Level 224
High Progenitor: Level 225 to Level 249
Perfect Progenitor: Level 250 to Level 274
Full Progenitor: Level 275 to Level 300

The previous hurbris is mentioned for humans. However, for Dragons are mostly the same like humans. But, there are two additional things. that there is a bloodline grade, it is determined through a trial of twenty levels.
Ordinary: Level 4
Extraordinary: Level 8
Legendary: Level 12
Immortal: Level 16
Celestial: Level 20
Also, there is innate power of the dragons, because there are multiple types of dragons and multiple grades of bloodlines.

The main character will be a draconic human. His bloodline grade will be celestial, but that does not mean he is invincible. He will work hard for his strength. His active skills will be twenty, considering that he is from both worlds.
