Chapter 29 - One Condition

Era stepped out of the building with her face set in anger and in disbelief. In anger because she just came over here to waste her time when she could be back at her penthouse working. She was amazed by the fact that her brother thought she could be convinced to pay back the money he scammed a person without wanting it back as early as possible.

There was one thing she regretted the most about doing; believing in her brother to pay back all the money she'd loan him and wasted to get him out of trouble.

The money she'd wasted on them both, if collated at some point, would be enough to buy her a yacht. All the twenty, ten, one hundred thousand dollars she lent him hasn't been paid back until this point. How hopeful should she be that her one hundred million would be paid back before the year runs to an end.
