Chapter 35 - Serious Trouble

Era laid down on the examination table to have her doctor view the inside of her throat. The pain was starting to become a nasty pain in the ass. She couldn't talk for long without wincing at the sharp sting that would occur if she should stretch her vocals for too long. Her back pressed to the hard surface of the table as she gazed up at the ceiling. The brights light above was somehow a good distraction as the female doctor beside her got ready by selecting the necessary tools for this check up.
