When Lena finished, the board members nodded in approve of everything she had said, several of them were really offering praise for her statement.
"Excellent work, Ms. Hart, Your leadership continues to impress us." Mr. Langford said.
"Thank you," Lena said, her tone was humble but firm.
As the meeting was postponed, Elias approached her, his admiration was showing.
"You were incredible in there." he said.
"Thanks, but there is still a lot to do like this." Lena said, smiling.
"And I'm with you through all the process." Elias said.
"I know and I really appreciate it more than you even know it." Lena said as she met his eyes, her voice was soft but very steady.

The boardroom was filled with much anticipation as Lena was standing at the head of the table again, her presence was really commanding.
