Elias's POV
The moment Lena stepped into my office, I locked the door. We had too many moles to risk anyone overhearing this conversation.
"I had security run a deep sweep of the company's network this morning," I began, crossing my arms. "We found something."
Lena's expression didn't change, but I knew her well enough to see the tension in her shoulders.
"What?" She asked.
"There was a deliberate attempt to wipe data from our internal investigation files," I said. "Not just Vivian-related. Everything about the breach."
Her jaw clenched.
"So someone inside is still working against us." Lena said.
I nodded. "And it's someone with direct access to our most classified information."
"Which narrows it down," she murmured.
