Looking at the Ladies and the way they were behaving toward him, he knew something was wrong but could not tell where the problem was coming from.

Seeing Miss Ruby ready to throw tones at him after he observed and saw that there was no one around but just him.
Dean was shaken he felt fear deep down thinking of his disfigured face that had not healed, if Miss Ruby was indeed left to attack him which part if his body would be left intact.
The Ladies were also not that happy. They felt that after Dean had put through such a difficult situation, he just woke up stretching like he was sleeping, but they were not just worried but even went out of their way to find a solution to what was happening to him.
