After a moment, she broke the hug and said, "Ems... go somewhere else. Hide yourself, please."
I didn't understand what she was trying to say.
"Aunt, my pretty aunt, what happened here, love?" I asked worriedly, gently removing her hair strands.
"Go, just go somewhere else, Ems," she said quietly. I stayed silent, trying to figure out the situation.
"I SAID JUST GO!" she yelled at me, and I was stunned by her reaction.
I hugged her again, trying to calm her down because I knew asking questions wouldn't be good for her.
After a while, I made her lie down in my bed and sat beside her the whole night. I didn't understand what was happening, but I knew something weird had occurred. It could have been her husband, but he wasn't in the city.
The next morning, she was already awake. I got up from bed and did my morning routine.
"Ems, come, baby, have your breakfast," she called out.
I didn't expect her to act so normal after what had happened, so I decided to ask her.
"Aunt," I said.
"Yes, baby?" she replied without looking at me.
"What happened last night? Who came here? That was James, right?"
She didn't reply, and her silence gave me the answer.
"Look, Auntie, you don't need to be afraid, hmm? I'm with you, and that was the last time he has done this," I said, but she interrupted me.
"Ems, go somewhere else and hide yourself," she insisted again. I looked at her in disbelief.

I saw anger flare in her eyes as she snapped, "Stay in your limits, little bitch. You don't know who I am, but I know very well how to put you in your place."
She leaned in close to my ear and whispered, "I have a night with him today, and you? You can keep dreaming, sweetheart." She laughed as she walked away, leaving me speechless.

"What are you doing here?" he asked, his sweet yet intimidating tone sending a shiver down my spine.
"I... I was just going upstairs," I stammered before quickly running up to Sam's room.
I opened the door and found Sam pacing back and forth, his little face twisted in baby anger.
"Hey, baby, what are you doing?" I asked, trying to lighten the mood.
"I hate that woman," he muttered, not even looking at me, and his expression still angry. I got Confused, then walked over to him.
"Aww, my baby, what happened?" I started pacing with him, trying to match his energy, and speaking in a soft, babying tone.
"That woman. The secretary. Dad's secretary. But I'm sure she's more than that, Ems. I'm dead sure she's his girlfriend," he said with the same frustrated tone.
"Oh, that's what's bothering you, hmm?" I said with a thoughtful thought.
"I know you hate her too, after the way she talked to you."

"I know you hate her, Ems. I saw everything from upstairs, the way she spoke to you," he continued in his angry little voice.
I made a sad, dramatic face, then I said,
"Okay, okay, calm down, baby. Now come on, it's study time."
"Can't you see that I'm worried?"
"Baby, but why are you worried, huh? It's none of our business, whatever she does. We should ignore it."
"No, Ems, I can't ignore it."
"Okay, let's continue this later. First, let's go study, baby?"
"No, Ems, until I'm done with this, I won't go anywhere."
Ugh, this pretty stubborn kiddo. I'm so done!
He then abruptly said, "I have a plan." He squinted, rubbing his thumb and finger together.
"What's the plan, baby?"
"Promise you'll help me with this, I can't do it alone," he said, but there was suspicion in his eyes.
"Umm, first tell me what it is." He shook his head while crossing his arms.
"Not until you promise. Otherwise, I won't tell you."
This little kid is so stubborn. (Me to Seren)
"Okay, tell me the plan. I promise I'll help."
His face lit up with happiness, then he came near me and made me sit on the bed. I was really shocked because he'd never done this before. He had always been reserved with me, but since we'd become friends, I guess I deserved this.
"You go to Dad and..... seduce him when the secretary is here."
"Don't joke around, Sammie. Come on, tell me the real plan. Besides, you don't even know what 'seduce' means. How a poor innocent kiddo you are Sammie," I said with a neutral tone and a taunting laugh.
"I'm not joking, Ems. You go to Dad and try to seduce him. Then I'll send Lisa in. When she sees you two, she'll definitely make a scene and shout at you, or do something worse…"
"WHAT?"
"ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND, SAMMIE? I'M NOT DOING THAT! SHE'LL KILL ME, AND THEN THAT PSYCHO DEVIL WALKER WILL FINISH ME OFF. I don't want to die at this young age, so it's a no!"
He grabbed my hands, looking at me with those determined eyes.
"Yeah, that's the point, Ems. Listen, when you do this and she shout it in front of me, Devil Walker will get angry at that bitch. That'll be the end of her in his life—and in ours. And then, I'll start my act.
"SAM, where did you learn to talk like this?" I asked him shockingly.
"I learned it from you, Ems," he replied innocently.
"Yaaah, Sam, but don't repeat those words, or Devil Walker will really kill me."
"Stop acting, Ems, and listen to me. Do you want to be my friend?"
"But we're already friends, Sammie."
He shook his head. "If you don't do this, I'll break our friendship.." he left my hands and turned his head towards other direction.

"So, tell me the plan,"
"Okay, listen. That woman will come here again tomorrow, and they always sit in the office. So I'll call Dad when I'm in the hall, then I'll signal you to come in. You'll start seducing him, and after a little while, I'll send Lisa in. When she sees you two, she'll freak out because I know her temper. Dad knows she's tried to seduce him many times herself."

I gave him an impressed look, then asked in confusion, "SAMMIE, you're just a little kiddo, and you know about seducing? This isn't a good thing, baby."
"Ems, don't overreact. I'm old enough to learn these things when my own dad does this with that bitch."
"Sam, don't repeat those words again."
"Okay, Ems, I'll try."
"But I don't know how to seduce."

I only have one day to relax, but this kid… I can't deny him.

The next day, around 11 in the morning, it had been lightly raining since dawn. I was busy in the garden while my beautiful aunt was in the kitchen, baking strawberry cupcakes just for me.
"Ems!" she called out.
"Yes, Aunt," I replied loudly.
"Someone's calling you, babe."
"Coming, Aunt."
I went inside and picked up the phone.
"Yes, Sam. How are you, baby?
"Ems, you're not here yet. When are you planning to come?" His tone was laced with annoyance.
I closed my eyes in forgetful expression because Sam asked me to come today for the plan.
"Yahhh, baby, I'm so, so sorry! I forgot. But it's raining. How will I manage to come?" I said with a dramatic pout.
"I don't care. Just get here," he replied sternly before hanging up.
My aunt looked at me with a playful, suspicious expression. "Who is Sam, by the way?"
I eyed at her and replied, "Nothing like you're thinking, my pretty aunt. Sam is the baby I told you about—the billionaire's son." I pinched her cheeks with a smile, kissed her on the right cheek, and then hurried to get ready.
I changed into clean clothes, grabbed some cupcakes for Sam, and headed to the bus station.
After a while, I finally reached the mansion. The light rain had made the surroundings look fresh and serene.
As I was walking through the garden area Christian walker was going with Lisa,
He stopped and said to Lisa
You go ahead, I'll come In a while, she went inside and I was about to leave, but he stopped me, saying,
"Miss Parker?" I stopped.
"If you're about to say something, let me just tell you that Sam invited me today because he wanted help with a topic, so I came—nothing else," I replied all at once.
"But I didn't ask about that, Miss Parker."
"Huh? Then what?"
He smirked. "You will be now give your time to Sam till 7 as a full time care taker
B....but why? I...I mean I am his tutor, and plus he has his babysitter already
"I fired her as she comes late and takes too much off so you will be now his new babysitter, I saw Sam is attached to you, no more discussion."
I nodded, he smirked again then said,
"Come to my office. I need to talk to you further about the job."
"In your office? But why?"
"I'll tell you there," he said, leaning close to my ear. His intimidating tone sent a shiver down my spine.
I nodded quickly and hurried away.
As I stepped inside, I saw Sam sitting in the hall, playing with his cars but the place was unusually quiet and there was no one else around.
"Hey, baby," I called out.
He looked up at me, his face lighting up with a broad smile. He quickly ran towards me, hugging my lower body since he couldn't reach any higher.
"You're finally here, Ems!" he exclaimed.
"Yes, baby, because you ordered me to come," I said while placing my umbrella somewhere in the hall.
Sam grabbed my hand and pulled me over to the couch, making me sit down and Leaning in close, he whispered in my ear, "The witch is in the office with Dad. Are you ready to do what I told you?"
I bit my lip nervously. "Yeah, baby, but I'm scared of the devil Walker. He'll eat me alive."
"You are so drama, Ems, don't forget you're Emily Parker. And Emily Parker doesn't give up, right?" he said with a knowing look.
I made a thoughtful pout then my mind raced. This kiddo is really something else.
Yes, Ems, he's right. You're strong, and you don't give up easily,
Now be a brave girl and kick that bitch out of the house.
"Ems, back to earth," Sam's voice pulled me out of my thoughts.
"Okay, I'm ready. But tell me, what exactly do I have to do?" I asked, still a bit uncertain.
"You know nothing, Ems. You're just a little kid," he teased, but there was a glint in his eye I narrowed my eyes at him, no doubt he is a little version of the devil walker. I muttered under my breath.
"Listen to me carefully," he said, his tone becoming serious.
"You just need to be close to him, maybe act like you're going to kiss him or something. Then, I'll get Lisa to walk in at just the right moment."
"A KISS?
NO WAY, SAM!" I shouted with my wide eyes.
"Emmmss, keep your voice down!" he quickly shushed me, placing his tiny hand over my mouth. "Someone could hear us, and then we'll both be toast for the devil walker and his golddigger girlfriend!"
I gently removed his hand and sighed. "And would you like to tell me where you got this plan from?"
"From my beautiful mind," he replied proudly, flashing me a cheeky grin.
"But what if she—"
"She'll freak out," Sam interrupted me, a smirk playing on his lips. He glanced towards the door, ensuring no one was eavesdropping.
"She'll start cursing and shouting, and Dad will see who she really is. Trust me, Emss, this will work. And one more thing—don't hesitate or panic in front of him. Be confident, Don't lose your senses when you see the handsome devil Walker." alright?"
I looked at him in disbelief Just then, Lisa came out of the office, talking on the phone. She didn't even notice me as she stepped outside to continue her call. Sam immediately stood up. He guided me towards the office room, and my heart began pounding like a drum.
Taking a deep breath, I knocked lightly on the door and stepped inside. "Mr. Devil Walker, I need some work." I said
