Napat explained to her , what she needed to know, "The Svarka has creatures who are high in mana. They are more pure in nature, as they exist more in their spiritual form and are magic wielders. They are meant to protect the weaker beings. The Dragons, Phoenix, Yalis, Nymphs, they belong to this world.
Sometimes, they fall for a being from another plane."
Akira interrupted him. "But how is it possible? I thought the beings from one world cannot survive in the other."
"That is the power of the blood moon.
Once in every 1500 years, the three planes are aligned. It is easiest for them to enter the portal to Gaya. Not the Gate to Heavens. But there are other portals as well.
Gaya has the dark deep depths of the ocean which is loved by the Nagas, and the mystical mountains of the Shambala, that are loved by the Svarka beings.
Though they can't stay for long, their short stays still exceed the average human lives.
The moon increases the mana level on Gaya. A human body can only handle limited mana. But mages try to absorb too much of it, with the urge to become powerful, but it drives them mad instead.
Twenty-five blood moons ago, a dragon fell in love with the then princess of Shambala.
He took the form of a powerful mage and approached her. She fell for him as well. They had a child who later became the ruler of Shambala.
The child had the spirit of the dragon and human. So his body was able to handle more mana than any other being. His mother died, but his father lived for a long time.
Soon the boy and the people around him started realizing that he was not normal.
He lived for over three hundred years, three times that of a normal human.
But he used his powers wisely. He built the greatest kingdom on earth, and his was the first kingdom to acknowledge the existence of greater beings.
He was King Suri."
"King Suri was not a legend?"
Napat shook his head. "He was as real as a King could be. He shaped Gaya into the world you see. King Suri wanted Shambala to be hidden. It was the only place people and otherworldly beings co-existed. So he camouflaged the place with his magic, hiding all forms of life. Soon, Shambala became an imaginary place, mentioned in folklore."
Akira took in everything Napat said. She was fascinated by how much she didn't know.
"His descendants have been no less worthy. They possessed strong amounts of mana, which they used wisely. Shambala to date, thrives on high levels of mana, controlled by the reigning King.
Coming back to your vision, the child that will be born, 500 years from now, is the heir to the Mage empire of Shambala, blessed with the blood of the dragon.
This is the first time both the blood moon and the birth of a dragon child align. Do you know what that means?"
She could figure it out.
On the day the child is born, the mana levels will be higher than normal. The dragon blood in the child will thrive. The child will be capable of achieving feats at levels equal to at least half a demigod, which will be three times more than any human can dream of.
But the potential had not yet been explored.
"You got it right." Napat replied, reading her thoughts. "And so, the cause for this situation is the child. Now you tell me, is it right to prevent his birth?"
