As soon as I said that, Lindsey and Nicky spat up their drinks again, and even Dasha, who was usually so cool-headed, followed suit. They looked at me as if I had grown two heads, and then burst into hysterical laughter.
"Puahahaha!" Nicky slammed the table, her face turning a brilliant shade of red from both the alcohol and the hilarity of my statement.
