First person's point of view
Monica walked into Gael's luxurious sitting room, her eyes scanning the modern art pieces. Gael greeted her with a charming smile and offered her a glass of wine. " Thank you for coming, Monica.I wanted to talk to you in a more relaxed place".
Monica drops the glass of wine on the table in front of her, her eyes locked into Gael's "so Gael, I have to ask why do you want to marry me? What is your motive?"
Gael smiled warmly "Don't worry Monica, you will find out soon enough. Just trust me, I am not going to hurt you".
Monica's eyes turned, searching for answers. I am not sure if I can trust you, Gael. You're not exactly known for your honesty".
Gael chuckled, his eyes glinting with amazement, he crossed his legs, "Fair enough. Let's just say our marriage will be mutually beneficial. We both have something to gain from this arrangement".
Monica raised her eyebrows, feeling curious "and what exactly do I have to offer"? Gael's gaze was intense, his voice low. "You have a lot to offer Monica. You are smart, resourceful and determined. With my help, we can take Emily down once and for all.
Monica looked into Gael's eyes, her mind running with possibilities. She knew she had to be careful that Gael was hiding something, but she also knew that she needed his help to take down her family. The question is what the cost of an alliance would be.
Gael dropped Monica off at her apartment. She watched as he drove away, her mind still reeling with questions. What did Gael want from her? And why was he so determined to marry her? Meanwhile, Mia went to visit Gael in his office unannounced, and she was met with a cold reception. "What are you doing here, Mia?" Gael asked with his firm voice. Mia's eyes welled up with tears "I missed you Gael, I just wanted to see you".
Gael's expression was unsympathetic. "Don't assume things, Mia, I have nothing to do with you. And you will hear the news of my marriage to someone you know very soon". Mia's face crumbled as she left the office in tears.
She ran into Miguel on her way out, and he took her out for lunch, trying to cheer her up. "What were you doing at boss Gael's office?" he asked in his voice of concern. Mia sniffled. Her voice was trembling. "I just wanted to visit him, but he was so cold and distant to me."
Miguel's expression was understanding "Mia, you deserve better than someone who doesn't appreciate you". After lunch, they went to a hotel, Miguel trying to distract Mia from heartache. As they spent more time together, Mia found herself drawn to Miguel's charming smile and warm face.
Gael took his nephew Sara to meet Monica. "Sara, I want you to meet Monica. I want you to help her with everything she needs. She is a very good friend of mine and I want her to have all the support she can get". Sara's eyes widened in confusion. She doesn't know why Monica needs to get close to their family when she's just a friend, but she nodded her head professionally. "Of course, Gael, I will do everything to help her".
As soon as Gael left, Sara turned to Monica, her voice low and conspiratorial, "Monica, I don't know what you are trying to do, but I am here to help, but first, if you want to get close to my family, you need to get close to Aunty Stephen, Gael's mom she is the key to everything".
Monica's eyes locked on Sara. She knew she had also found an ally in Sara, her mind racing with possibilities. That they could take Emily down once and for all.
As they started to brainstorm, Monica realized Sara wasn't just a loyal assistant, she was a skilled hacker and master in disguise. Together they hatch a plan to infiltrate Emily's inner circle and gather evidence of her wrong doings.
With Sara by her side, Monica felt a sense of hope she hadn't felt in a while. She knew that she still had to be careful, that Gael was hiding something. But with Sara's help she felt she could finally take control of her life and destiny.
As they worked together, Monica found herself drawn to Sara's quirky personality and her infectious smile. She realized that she had not only found an ally in Sara, but also a friend.
And as they went deeper into Emily's world, Monica knew she was one step closer to taking her down and reclaiming her rightful place in her family business. The game was on and Monica was ready to play.
Monica's eyes raised into Sara's eyes looking for possibilities "how can I get close to Mrs Stephen, Gael's mom?" she asked, her voice nearly above a whisper. Sara's expression was thoughtful "there is a cooking class Mrs Stephen used to attend. If you join that class you might be able to get close to her". Monica's eyes widened in excitement. "That's a great idea but how do I get the other family to accept me?" Sara's smile was reassuring. "Once Mrs Stephen accepts you, then you will be accepted by the other family members too. She is a respected person and her words carry weight.
Monica's heart felt gratitude. She thanked Sara for her help. She knew she had a long way to go but with Sara's guidance she felt more confident than ever.
Meanwhile, Mia woke up beside Miguel, but he was still fast asleep. She quietly got out of bed and left the hotel room, not wanting to disturb him. Miguel slept for a few more minutes before waking up. He looked around the room confused, before realizing Mia was gone.
He rushed home, his heart racing with worries about the call he got from his mother. When he got home, he found his mother and sister in a state of panic. "What happened", he asked with his voice shaking.
His mother turned to him. "The moneylender came to our house demanding payment. It is your fault if you didn't divorce Monica she would have cleared the payment for us".
Miguel's face went piling his heart with guilt. He knew he had made a mistake and now his family was suffering for it.
The scene was tense, with Miguel's family members blaming him for their predicament. But Miguel knew he had to do things right no matter what it took. He vowed to find a way to pay their debt and restore his family's honor.
Little did he know that Monica was working on a plan to take Emily and her family down, and Miguel's fate was about to become entangled in Monica's quest for revenge.
As Gael and Monica continue to brainstorm, they realize that they need to gather more evidence to take Emily down. They decided to hack into Emily's email account, hoping to find some incriminating evidence.
Gael worked like magic, and soon they had access to Emily's email. They spent hours strolling through them, looking for anything that could be used against her.
Finally, they found an email that caught their attention. It was an email from Emily to her father's lawyer, discussing a plan to fraudulently acquire the gallery in her name.
Monica's eyes widened in anger, her mind racing with possibilities. She knew she had to act fast before Emily could carry out her plan and couldn't let Emily have the gallery in her name.
The next day, Monica arrived at the cooking class, her heart rising with excitement as she registered with the owner, Mrs Melissa, who greeted her with a warm smile "Welcome dear, what brings you to our cooking class?"
Monica's eyes sparkled with enthusiasm. "I'm getting married soon, and I would like to learn how to cook for my husband."
Mrs Melissa's expression was kind: "Well, you have come to the right place. We will teach you skills you need to know. And if you ever need anything, don't hesitate to ask. We are like a family here."
Monica felt a connection with Mrs Melissa, and she knew she was going to enjoy the class. On the first day, she arrived early and helped clean the tables. When the other students arrived, they were surprised to see the table spotless. "Who did this?" one of them asked, looking around in amazement.
Monica smiled, her heart shining with pride. "I did, I just wanted to help out."
Mrs Carlotta, one of the students, approached her." are you a new member or what? " She asked friendly.
Monica introduces herself, her voice with confidence" I'm Monica, I am a new member, I hope to get along with everyone here".
The class began and Monica was thrilled to learn a new recipe for cooking techniques. She was also very happy to see Mrs Stephen, who was friendly and welcoming. Monica knew she had made a great decision to join the cooking class, and she was one step closer to achieving her goal.
