The paparazzi camera lights started flashing as a goddess in human form, draped in an elegantly gorgeous sleeveless orange jumpsuit with a deep v-neck, stepped out of the plane. Her feminine beauty and charm emanated from her body like an alluring fragrance in the wind, as she stood momentarily soaking in the warmth of the sun on her flawless skin while striking a killer pose.
The excitement in the air intensified as she resumed climbing down the stairs, escorted by four gracefully looking men in well-tailored black suits and dark shades. Behind these men were pretty air hostesses pulling different suitcases, and moving in synchrony with the small but mighty entourage.
It was difficult to identify who this gorgeous celebrity was on the spot, due to her classic dark aviator sunglasses which concealed her pretty eyes. But rumours started spreading as someone within the journalist crew speculated a possible name.
"Isn't that Amelia Shawls Morgan?" A male journalist squinted trying to get a better look at the approaching fashion goddess.
"Amelia Shawls Morgan!" A red-haired lady with cute bangs cried out in disbelief.
"Impossible!" A third lady shook her head, her gaze fixed on the approaching entourage. "Isn't she supposed to be at the Coralis island observing her one-month honeymoon vacation?"
"Exactly!" Another dark-haired lady holding a mic concurred. "During last week's interview with her husband, Jerry Morgan, he specifically told us that Amelia won't be returning home for the next three weeks."
"So what changed?" A second male enquired, his cheeks slightly red from blushing and ogling at the approaching pretty lady.
"I guess we're about to find out." The red-haired lady shrugged.
"Here she comes, people." A tall cameraman cried out in excitement.
Making her way slowly and gracefully towards the enlivened press crew and gathering crowd of curious spectators, an enchanting smile spread across Amelia's face.
Each step she took caused her long beautifully styled wavy hair, a cascade of golden brown locks, to bounce on her slender shoulder.
Leisurely tucking her hair behind her ear, Amelia revealed the sparkly diamond chandelier earrings adorning her earlobe. This diamond piece matched the intricately designed diamond necklace gracing her slim neck.
Her bold and energetic aura depicted great wealth, effortless sophistication and flawless beauty, causing many hearts to melt and ogling eyes to almost pop out.
When Amelia was five meters away from the barricade, someone from the crowds of onlookers who happened to be her avid fan and supporter of her new cosmetic brand screamed.
"It's really Amelia's Shawls Morgan."
In response to the lady's wild scream, Amelia slowly took off her aviator sunglasses, as the blinding camera light began to flash from all directions.
"Mrs Morgan..."
"Mrs Amelia..."
"Miss Shawls..."
The crowd of excited onlookers ran towards her, screaming and shouting different names, eager to touch her.
While some were taking pictures of her, others were videoing and sharing, as she smiled sweetly waving at them.
Thankfully, Blaze had already positioned both airport security and staff to zealously guide his fiancee, while he remained in the shadows, observing from afar.
The airport security personnel quickly activated their crowd control mechanism, forcing everyone to stand behind the barricade. However, they couldn't silence the euphoric scream of admiration and love.
"Mrs Amelia, we love you.."
"Mrs Amelia, we missed you..."
"Mrs Morgan, you look so beautiful..."
"Mrs Morgan, we are here for you...."
"Mrs Amelia! Mrs Morgan!! Mrs Amelia!!!"
The thrilled cries continued until Amelia raised her right hand in the air.
Instantly, a hush fell over the crowd, as if controlled by a remote device.
As Amelia moved closer to the barricade, her smile effortless and her aura domineering, her three bodyguards took strategic positions around her, while Marcus stood behind her beaming inwardly.
"I want to sincerely thank you all for coming out in your numbers to welcome me. Honestly, I didn't expect any of this. Even though the people of Carolis Island showered me with immense love, there is nothing like home. To all my fans and supporters out there, I want to say a big thank you for your love and constant encouragement. It gives me all the strength I need to soar higher. You all have a special place in my heart. Thank you."
Amelia's passionate words moved a lot of people to tears, especially after watching the video of her cheating husband. Most of them felt sorry for her while others became vengeful on her behalf.
"Mrs Amelia, what happened to your honeymoon vacation plans? Weren't you supposed to be there with your husband for one month? How come he returned a week into the honeymoon without you?" A blonde hair journalist asked when Amelia finished her heartwarming message.
"To answer your first and second questions, I believe plans are meant to be changed," Amelia said casually, hinting no anger in her tone or disgust in her pretty eyes.
"As for your third question, I sent Jerry home to take care of business while I handled other important stuff overseas."
"Wow!" One of the journalists chuckled, seeing who was wearing the pants in the home.
"Mrs Amelia! Mrs Amelia!! Mrs Amelia!!!" Different journalist cried her name raising their hands up to ask the next question.
Marcus quickly came forward and spoke in a stern tone.
"Mrs Amelia Shawls Morgan will take two more questions and that will be it."
"Mrs Amelia..."
"You." Amelia pointed at the red-haired journalist.
"Thank you," a wide smile stretched across the lady's lips. "Miss Amelia, I'm sure you've seen the latest trending pictures and videos of your husband's affair with your stepsister, barely a week after your wedding. What do you have to say about it? Are you going to divorce him?"
Others nodded their head in agreement while waiting breathlessly for Amelia's reply.
"If you don't mind, this is a family issue which will be handled internally. Last question." Amelia said maintaining her smile.
"Mrs Amelia..."
"You..." Marcus pointed at the first male journalist from earlier.
"Mrs Amelia, there have been rumours making waves due to the recent downsizing at LiLa Savvy. Is it true that you plan on selling the company real soon?"
"As you said, It's all rumours. LiLa Savvy is my baby and she has come to stay. That will be all. Thank you."
"Mrs Amelia...Mrs Amelia...." Some of the unsatisfied journalists called out to her as she graciously signed a few autographs and even took pictures with some of her thrilled fans before leaving for her awaiting ride.

Back at the Shawls Mansion, the tension in the air was somewhat explosive as the senator's loud voice could be heard from a mile away, lashing out at his second daughter.
"How could you Gwen? How could you sleep with your own sister's husband? Aren't you ashamed of yourself? Do you know the consequences of what you have done?"
Gwen was looking pathetic on her knees, her eyes reddened and teary from the excessive application of her menthol tear stick.
"I'm sorry Dad..." She croaked pretending to be completely shattered. "It was a mistake."
"A mistake..." Senator Gregory clenched his fist, raw anger sipping through his veins. "Did I hear you say a mistake?"
"Honey, calm down..." Regina patted her husband on the shoulder while cursing him in her heart for being too harsh.
"Don't tell me to calm down, woman." Senator Gregory snapped at his wife. "Do you have any idea of what is happening out there? People are laughing at our family. They are making jest of me. Gwen has ruined the family image. She had disgraced us all."
'Image my foot.' Regina lowered her head, scowling at the polished marble floor.
"I am highly disappointed in you, Gwen." Old Nana Shawls, who had repeatedly questioned Gwen why she did it, finally spoke up after a long time of silence.
"I'm sorry, grandma. Please forgive me. It will never happen again." Gwen hiccuped, wiping the mucus off her nose.
Just then, a servant rushed into the sitting room where the entire family were gathered, chastising Gwen.
"Yes, what are you doing here?" Gregory thundered irritated by the intrusion.
"Umm...Sorry, Sir... I....l...I..."
"Can you speak and stop wasting our time?" Regina finally raised her face up, transferring her aggression to the poor maid.
"I... it's the first Miss, Ma'am."
"Which first Miss?" Uncle Matt asked, all eyes in the room turning to the maid.
"Mmmm...miss Amelia." The maid almost peed herself due to the intensity of the glares.
"Amelia!" The senator momentarily forgot about his anger as he marched towards the maid. "Where? Where is she?"
The maid's face paled as she pointed at the blank television with trembling hands.
As if controlled by an invisible remote, all pair of eyes turned towards the blank television, hoping to see Amelia pop out from the screen.
"T...t...the news." The maid finally stuttered, afraid that she might be descended upon if she wasted any more time.
At that same moment, Pearl rushed into the sitting room, panting as if she had done a hundred-metre race.
"Amelia is back." She half screamed, her terrified eyes on her elder sister.
"Amelia is back?" Regina repeated, her eyes widened in shock.
"She is..." Gwen stood, her legs trembling under her weight and her heart pounding in her ears.
"She is all over social media," Pearl said, a sense of urgency and panic lacing her tone.
Uncle Matt hurried to the television and quickly turned it on just in time for the entire family to hear the second journalist's questions.
