Ralf looked at Rick, who was trying to wake up Alex with little to no success. The former teaching assistant was biting his lower lip, as Ralf tried to search through Amos' safe for the antidote.
"How dare he?" Rick whispered, placing the pink-haired fairy on the pillow, watching as the being's small chest rose and fell.
"He was powerful," Ralf said, as he pulled out a small green vial. He tried to read what Amos had written on the label but found nothing but a couple of scribbles. "This is pointless."
"Well, not quite," the voice startled the two of them. Time was wearing a night cap, but his golden robes were as dusty as always. "These forms are not their true forms."
Both humans looked down at Alex. Ben would probably love to go back to being a human. To be bigger, stronger, be able to hold a job, have a future.
But if they turned Alex back to what he used to be before Amos started messing with him, then he'd end up as a flying pig.
