They walked down to the 1000th floor and brought their clothes to the roof to dry. After almost an hour they were dry and everyone got ready to keep pushing downward. This great prison had now become akin to a dungeon or a labyrinth filled with monsters.
"Conquering this place is going to take a while." Shin sighed and Arachne nodded, "And this is just one, how many are out there again? Five?"
"Seven, the pillars of judgment, they form a massive array that channels energy for all the seven prisons to power themselves. Since water still works that means the other seven prisons are still standing as they should." Shin touched the wall, "Those towers automatically repair themselves with the energy the array generates."
Mary looked around, "This massive structure, and there are seven of it? And you're saying that as long no one of them falls, they'll never crumble."
