Bell tower barrier station.
Noah showed his newly obtained badge to the monk guarding the entrance towards the bellchime trail.
His original destination was the burned tower but after he thought about it carefully he chose the bell tower instead.
'Or should I say the tin tower? Nah I will stick with bell tower its more memorable.' Noah was granted entrance to the trail.
'Going to the burned tower would be a waste of time, considering it has been 150 or 300 years since it was destroyed and the clues would be almost non-existent.' He walked through the trail while enjoying the breathtaking scenery around the tall tower.
'But I overreacted a bit.' Noah felt embarassed after recalling the memory of him leaving the gym.
'I mean if my theory is true then that means I uncovered the truth behind the tower's destruction.' Noah remembered one crucial detail during the gym battle and it changed his whole perspective.
'I was joking in my head about how they decided to give the one of the most unused pokemon in gen 1 one of the best evolution.'
'Then it suddenly hit me, there are three pokemon that are familiar with lugia and ho-oh in gen 1.'
'The three legendary birds.'
Noah theory went something like this-
Zapdos, moltres and articuno are said to cause destruction all around the two regions during their fights.
Naoh faintly recalls something about them having something to do with the ocean and how they were closed bound to lugia.
Lugia is also said to be the only one capable of stopping them.
'Thats not entirely true considering the future legendaries that they will introduce.'
So the tower may have burned down due to the conflict between these three.
The lightning strike signifies zapdos.
The fire signifies moltres.
The downpour signifies either articuno or lugia.
It may have been a hail made by articuno.
'I mean how are you supposed to get so close to a fight between 3 legendaries and identify if it's rain or hail.'
It may also been lugia who is known as the guardian of the seas, he may have tried to stop it from getting more damaged before it was too late.
'l am more inclined towards it being articuno considering both articuno and suicune have ribbon like features and they also have a horn or crest on their head.'
Now one may ask what does suicune and articuno having similar features have anything to do with them being related.
It's because Noah recalls reading something in the wiki that said the downpour, lightning and fire had some influence on these pokemon during their revival.
'Raikou has zapdos's colour palette and that thing near his mouth is similar to zapdos's spiky feathers.'
'Both entei and moltres have something to do with magma and volcanoes.'
'I hope Ho-oh is up there to confirm my theory.'
Adam's theory time came to a stop as he was stopped by a muscular monk.
"Only those who have obtained the rainbow wing can pass through!" He crossed his arms and yelled at Noah's face.
'So fucking rude.' Noah this time did not want to stop his baby pokemon.
But sadly for him they adapted and now can sleep through almost anything.
"I want to see ho-oh." Noah stated.
"You have a rainbow wing?"
"No."
"Then no entry."
"Oh come on did Morty have a rainbow wing?"
"He is the gym leader."
"Isn't that favouritism?"
"No."
"Ho-oh will only come back if he sees a pure hearted trainer like me."
"No rainbow wing means no entry." The guard left no room for compromise.
As they both were arguing a shrill cry resounded throughout the whole tower.
It seems to be similar to a peacock.
The moment the man heard this cry his pupils shook as joy and shock could be seen in his eyes.
'This cry! It sounds just like how it was described in the scriptures.' The man could not believe a day like this would come.
He looked back at Noah.
'Maybe this happened because of this kid.' The man sighed and moved away.
"I will make an exception for you just because I am feeling generous." He then left the tower to inform others.
Noah on the other hand was shocked because he did not really expect Ho-oh to appear here.
'It seems like I really am the chosen one.'
He started climbing towards the roof to meet the legendary Pokemon whose sight is said to make people have eternal happiness.
He did not stop and he did not tire.
For he knew this moment may not happen again.
He kept on walking step by step, his two evolved pokemon were alongside him.
Turtwig woke up and sensing the serious atmosphere he had a serious expression on his face.
Larvesta was stoic as ever.
Torchic was pecking on larvesta's leaves.
The six of them got ready for an intense encounter with the pokemon who is said to be the guardian of the skies.
The giver of life who revived the three roaming legendary beasts.
The polar opposite of Lugia.
The one who roams the skies with his seven coloured wings.
Excitement burned in Noah's heart.
Finally, Noah stood infront of the door that leads to the roof.
He inhaled deeply and prepared himself.
'I am going to meet a legendary pokemon.' Noah's childish smile widened.
He opened the door and went through.
He saw clear skies with the magnificent sun that was about to set.
He then looked towards the centre and there it was.
Ho-oh spread his wings and gave a shrill cry.
Noah approached Ho-oh with no care for his safety.
Ho-oh stared at him with a curious gaze.
When they were a meter away Noah suddenly asked:"It was the three legendary birds who did it right?"
He pointed towards the direction of the burned tower.
Ho-oh nodded and something flew out from its beak towards Noah.
'So it's true, but what's this? A gift for figuring it out?'
This was a casket with traditional carving depicting Ho-oh and a siver colour Pokemon.
On one side Ho-oh was flying in the air looking down on the silver Pokemon.
On the other side the silver Pokemon was underwater and looked up towards ho-oh .
It was carried by a mystical force and Noah carefully took it in his arms.
He then examined the contents inside and revealed a joyfully expression.
'Silver wing!'
'Does Ho-oh want me to go to the swirl islands and bring back lugia?'
"You want to reconcile with him?" Noah asked Ho-oh who nodded at him.
'Why me though? Does he think I am capable just because I solved the mystery behind the tower's destruction?'
Before Noah could ask anymore questions Ho-oh flapped his wings bringing a huge gust of wind sending Noah falling off the roof.
'Wha-' Noah could not even process what just happened.
Before he crashed into the ground the winds whipped up and gently placed him on the ground.
'I am still alive.' Noah was cursing Ho-oh 9 generations of ancestors and descends when he was falling from the roof.
He then looked towards the sky and saw a huge peacock blocking the sun as it flew away.
'Now I have more responsibilities.' He looked at the casket recalling about how long it took him to reach Lugia with no repel in the games.
'Well that would be interesting I guess.' He stored the casket inside his bag and he left the place quietly.
'I don't want more trouble, being known as a professor candidate is more than enough.'
