Car, Destination: Ördögház
Lucian sat in the backseat, his gaze fixed on the tablet screen. It displayed a recording of the Lycans loading Michael into the SUV, the man's face a mask of fear. 'Interesting,' Lucian thought with amusement, his fingers tracing the screen. 'Would there be more hybrids in this world? But for that, they would need an elder.' He swiped the screen, stopping the recording and zooming in on Lucian, the leader of the Lycans. 'To think this guy would show up,' he thought. He crossed his legs, his brow furrowed, his fingers tapping rhythmically on the armrest.
He couldn't help but thought of something, Lucian was the first second-generation Lycan, meaning the virus had evolved from him, making him wonder if Lucian's blood was useful.
Raizo, watching him through the rearview mirror, asked tentatively, "Did you invite Kim Yoo-ri?"
Lucian lifted his gaze from the screen, meeting Raizo's eyes. He frowned before sighing, his gaze shifting to the dark, foreboding forest that stretched out before them.
"I did. She will come after we're done," he said, his voice lost in thought. Kim Yoo-ri had become their friend. After a year and ten months spent helping him, it was impossible to say that Yoo-ri wasn't important. 'If she only wasn't close to my mother,' he thought. Lucian couldn't risk his mother knowing anything about his plans against her. Not if it came to the worst.
Seeing Lucian fall silent, Raizo couldn't help but speak. "She's trying to be on our side. You know that, right?"
"I know. That's why I'm giving her a choice before we go back to Japan," Lucian said. With his keen sight, he already saw the silhouette of the Ördögház, a looming fortress of darkness nestled within the forest.
"Go into the forest. We'll walk from there," Lucian ordered, closing his tablet and closing his eyes, preparing himself for the confrontation ahead.
Raizo just took a look at Lucian before turning the steering wheel right, the car plunging into the deep forest, opposite the Ördögház.

Ördögház, Selene's Private Suite
Selene sat behind her desk, her gaze fixed on the laptop screen. She watched the video replaying, a scene of Lycans shoving a human into a black SUV. 'It's amusing how vampires are now looking for someone who was killing Lycans,' she thought sarcastically. There was so much hatred between them, a constant cycle of violence and revenge.
She paused the video, with a thought sudden settling over her. 'After all, there were too many supernatural creatures in the world to keep killing each other,' Just when she was about to close the video, her eyes caught sight of something that made her pause.
One of the Lycans, tall and commanding, was giving orders to the others. He had a certain presence, a commanding aura that set him apart. Selene focused on his face, trying to place him. 'Who is this?' she wondered, her brow furrowed. Her gaze shifted to his neck, a silver chain with a pendant dangling from it. 'Where have I seen this before?' It was like a faint echo in the back of her memory.
Selene was still trying to piece it together when the door to her room creaked open. She frowned, her eyes narrowing as she closed the laptop.
"Can you knock?" she asked with a touch of spite, her gaze fixed on Kraven as he entered.
Kraven just smiled, unfazed by her tone. He sauntered towards Selene, his movements fluid, his gaze never leaving her.
"Be ready. Elder Amelia is going to visit with a guest," he said, reaching out to brush his fingers through her hair.
Selene slapped his hand away, her eyes flashing with annoyance.
"Why? It's not time for her to wake up another elder," she asked, knowing that it was another year before Amelia enters hibernation in the elder's chamber begins, while another elder will took her place.
Kraven didn't react to her slapping his hand away. He walked to the window, looking out over the woods. "I don't know. She suddenly informed me that she was coming back with someone," he said, shaking his head. He turned back to Selene, his smile a mask of charm.
"I want to take you as my partner at the party."
"Huh, you should take Erika with you. She'll be glad to be by your side," Selene scoffed, her voice laced with disdain. She stood up and walked towards the door, making it clear that she wasn't interested in his company.
Kraven didn't stop her. He watched her go, his gaze lingering on her retreating figure. 'You will be mine, one of these days, Selene. Even Viktor can't help you,' he thought, his eyes burning with lust.
Selene was about to walk out of her room when a deafening explosion ripped through the foyer, shaking the very foundation of the building. She froze, her eyes widening in alarm.
She turned to look at Kraven, whose face had contorted into a mask of fury. His usually calm demeanor was shattered, replaced by a simmering rage.
Kraven strode towards the door, his movements almost predatory. 'If someone attacks the Ördögház on my watch, Viktor will have my head,' he thought, a cold dread gripping his heart.
He glanced at Selene, who was watching him with a mixture of amusement and disdain.
"Move," Kraven growled, his voice laced with irritation.
Selene raised a brow, her lips curving into a subtle smirk. She knew that Kraven would be held accountable for this breach of security. She stepped aside, allowing him to pass, her eyes filled with a silent sense of satisfaction. As Kraven stormed out, Selene closed her door behind him, her expression turned serious.
She turned back towards her desk, her mind racing. This was no ordinary attack. Something big was happening, because no one has ever attacked where the elders lay rest. She slid open a drawer beneath her desk, with a smooth swift movement.
Inside lay her weapon, a sleek, silver black pistol, its chrome accents gleaming faintly in the dim light. She lifted it from its holster, her fingers instinctively tracing the familiar contours of the handle. The weight felt comforting, a reassuring presence in her hand and with a flick of her wrist, she ejected the magazine, the metallic click sharp and precise.
She held the magazine up to the light, examining the cartridges one by one. She checked for its bullets and seeing it full, she snapped the magazine back into place.
Selene holstered the pistol, the leather molding seamlessly to her hip. Her gaze swept across the room then with a confident stride, she walked out, ready for whatever the night might bring.

Forest in front of Ördögház
Lucian slipped on his fox mask, the black leather molding to his face, a chilling mask of anonymity. He looked at the imposing structure before him, the Ördögház, the House of the supposedly oldest and strongest coven in the underworld. He shook his head in disdain, his gaze sweeping over the building's gothic architecture, its imposing presence a testament to centuries of power and influence.
He turned to Raizo, his eyes meeting his. He glanced at his watch, its silver face glinting in the dim light of dawn.
"Let's finish this in ten minutes," he said, his voice clipped, his tone laced with a chilling certainty.
They walked towards the gate, Lucian's movements fluid and graceful. He leaped over the wall with ease, humanely defying gravity.
Raizo, with his peak human agility, climbed smoothly, his muscles rippling as he pulled himself up.
Lucian moved towards the house entrance, his eyes scanning the windows and doors, his senses on high alert. He nodded to Raizo, who, with swift movements, began to stick disk-like bombs to the walls and foundation of the house. Raizo then climbed to the roof, silently moving like a phantom, ready to execute the final phase of their plan.

Ördögház: Foyer/Grand Saloon
Lucian kicked the main entrance door open with a resounding thud. His eyes swept across the foyer, taking in the scene of revelry. Vampires, lost in their own hedonistic pursuits, were engaged in a whirlwind of passionate embraces, idle chatter, and even more...sexual activities.
Lucian shook his head, a smirk playing on his lips.
"Knock knock, mother fuckers," he said, his voice a cold, deadly whisper. He tossed two disks, their purple light flickering ominously, into the heart of the crowd.
The vampires, caught in their moment of self-indulgence, were taken aback, a ripple of shock coursing through the room. Some Death Dealers reacted instantly, drawing their weapons and pointing them at Lucian. But before they could pull the trigger, the two disks exploded in a burst of blinding purple light.
*Boooom!*
The foyer/grand saloon was bathed in an eerie, violet glow. The Death Dealers' guns clattered to the ground, followed by the bodies of the vampires, who fell one by one, scorched and lifeless. Their skin, once pale and smooth, was now blistered and blackened, charred flesh clinging to the bone in grotesque patches.
A particularly gruesome sight lay near Lucian's feet, a vampire closest to the uv bomb its face half-melted, revealing a glimpse of skull and blackened teeth. The hair was singed, and what remained of the skin was leathery and black, stretched taut over the underlying bone structure. The limbs were contorted at unnatural angles, and a thin wisp of smoke still curled from a charred wound on its body.
"Nice and crispy," Lucian whispered with amusement, his foot crushing the fragile remains of a skull, the sound a disturbingly quiet crunching crack.
His eyes swept the upper level, where vampires were now leaping down from the second floor, their guns blazing.
*Rata-tat-tat* The gunshots echoed through the foyer/grand saloon.
Lucian moved with a faster speed than the vampires and their guns, dodging each bullet with ease, his body a blur of motion. The bullets impacted the marble tiles, creating a pattern of holes in the floor.
"Oh, now that's just a waste," Lucian sighed, shaking his head with disappointment. He couldn't help but feel a tinge of pity for their futile efforts.
"Who are you?" One of the three Death Dealers who had landed asked, their guns still pointed at Lucian, their faces contorted with a mixture of shock and fear. They were surrounded, their weapons aimed at a single, unyielding foe.
Lucian smirked under his fox mask. His black pupils shifted, glimmering with a yellow golden light. He took a single step, and vanished from their sight.
The vampires gasped, their eyes darting back and forth, searching for him. Their instincts, sharpened by centuries of experience, told them that he was close.
They aimed their guns towards the right. But they were too slow.
Lucian appeared beside the vampire on the right, his hand holding a handle. With a smooth, almost elegant motion, he swung it sideways, and a shimmering energy blade materialized.
The blade sliced through the vampire's chest with sickening ease, splitting the body in two.
*Rata-tat-tat* The two other vampires fired, their bullets whizzing past Lucian. He leaped, spun with a casual grace, dodging the bullets as they tore into the wooden walls.
He landed, his energy blade slicing off the middle vampire's hand holding a gun.
He then slid to the ground, with a fluid swift motion, he slashed upward while rising up, cutting the left vampire in half, his blood and intestines splattering the floor.
Lucian turned his attention to the last vampire, the only one who had survived, his face etched with fear and desperation.
The vampire scrambled to retrieve his gun from the floor with his other hand.
But Lucian was too quick. He casually waved the energy blade, cutting off the vampire's remaining hand.
He reached out with his other hand, grasping the vampire's neck. He lifted the vampire with ease, his grip strong and unyielding.
"Why don't you be a good vampire and tell me where the Elder's Chamber is?" Lucian asked, his voice low and menacing. His hand tightened around the vampire's neck, cutting off his air supply.
The vampire gasped, his eyes wide with terror. He tried to break free, but his hands were gone, struggling in vain against Lucian's superior strength.
"Can you tell me why you would want to know that?" A voice, laced with anger, echoed from the second floor.
Then the sound of heavy footsteps rang out as vampires descended the stairs, their guns aimed at Lucian, their eyes blazing with fury. Some leaped from the railing, landing with a thud, their weapons ready as they quickly surrounded Lucian.
Kraven, his face a mask of rage, smashed his hand against the guardrail, his knuckles white with fury. He glared at Lucian, his eyes burning with hatred.
"Answer me!" he shouted with anger. He couldn't believe that someone had dared to attack the Ördögház, alone.
Lucian, unfazed by Kraven's fury, looked past him, his gaze falling on a beautiful woman standing on the second floor.
She had raven black shoulder-length hair, framing a face that was both alluring and dangerous. Her eyes, piercing and narrowed, were fixed on Lucian, scrutinizing him.
Lucian tilted his head towards Selene, a subtle gesture that drew everyone's attention.
She raised a brow, with an expression full of questioning.
"You're here," Lucian said softly, his voice a low, almost hypnotic whisper. The vampires, both on the stairs and on the floor, gaped in surprise.
Kraven, momentarily distracted, turned to Selene demanding an explanation.
