Chapter 1 - Wishful thinking

The classroom was filled with an uproar of laughter, echoing off the walls, but Takari stood amidst it all, his mind racing. He felt a strange mix of disbelief and urgency as he grappled with the unsettling notion that he might be dead. The absurdity of the moment weighed heavily on him, and instead of succumbing to panic, he took a deep breath, determined to unravel the mystery of how he had ended up in this bizarre situation. With resolve, he prepared himself to confront the chaos that surrounded him.

In a moment of clarity, Takari suddenly recognizes that he is merely dreaming. This realization brings a new lightness to his spirit, and he can't help but smile, a smirk forming on his face. The knowledge that the people around him are not real and that the events unfolding are merely figments of his imagination brings him comfort and a sense of freedom.

With a sense of purpose ignited by his recent revelations, Takari stood at the threshold of his dream, ready to confront the unknown. The air around him was thick with anticipation as he contemplated the significance of the great god of luck, whose slumber seemed both sacred and vulnerable. Gathering his courage, he declared in a resonant voice, "Who dares to ruin the great god of luck's slumber?" His words reverberated through the dreamscape.

Takari's joy was abruptly interrupted by a short, white-haired girl with a quick temper. "Cut the crap, you damn tier 2!" she demanded, folding her arms. "God of luck? More like full of bull!" Before she could finish her sentence, the teacher interjected, "Calm down, Amara."

Though she has more to say, Amara reluctantly closes her mouth. "Alright, Maria, you can unsummon your familiar now," says the tall black-haired man, embodying the unbothered teacher stereotype. As Maria unsummons Takari, he is abruptly sent to another dream, but he doesn't have time to absorb it before waking up.

As Takari finally regains his footing, he runs a hand through his tousled hair, a puzzled expression etched on his face. Thoughts swirl in his mind like a whirlwind, each one vying for attention. What just happened? The mystery of the moment hangs heavily in the air, leaving him both curious and bewildered.

In a moment of distraction, Takari approaches his fridge to grab a drink. As he reaches for the door handle, he notices a peculiar 777 mark on his left hand, prompting a mix of confusion and curiosity. "Huh, what's this?" he wonders aloud, intrigued by the unexpected symbol. "Wait I've seen this mark somewhere before" Takari states "Oh yeah it's that one mark that means luck I think," Takari says aloud now that takari knows what it means he just needs to figure out how he got it

Takari sighed as he decided to forget about it, muttering to himself that he would handle it. later. After grabbing a soda, he tried to settle in for some television, but just as he was getting comfortable, a text from his boss disrupted his plans. He needed to come in earlier the next day, leaving no time for relaxation. Frustrated, Takari retreated to his room, where he collapsed onto his bed and quickly fell asleep.
