After falling asleep, Takari unexpectedly finds himself transported back to the world now known as Aressia. As he opens his eyes, he is overwhelmed by a blinding burst of light. Reacting instinctively, he screams in pain, desperately trying to shield his eyes from the intense array of light surrounding him.
After an intense three minutes of screaming and shielding his eyes from the blinding sunlight, Takari finally begins to adjust to the brightness around him. Squinting, he murmurs in confusion, "Why is the sun so bright?"
As he gathers the courage to rise, the warmth beneath him feels unsteady, and he suddenly succumbs to dizziness, collapsing back onto his knees. Just then, a peculiar, short girl steps into his line of sight. Her timid, almost melodic voice breaks the tension. "You shouldn't try to stand just yet; my mana is running low on capacity."
Her appearance is striking; she resembles a young teen with pastel hair and a gentle demeanor that somehow contrasts with the chaotic moment Takari just experienced.
Who are you, and how? No, why do I keep ending up in this place? Takari demands with a bright, loud voice as he tries to get up again.
"My name is Maria Mistoka, and I'm a proud 2nd tier summoner student at Uni Academy, located just on the outskirts of the bustling Euphoria Kingdom," Maria declares, her voice carrying a hint of excitement as it dances through the air with a soft Tish lilt.
"I'm a summoned being… Well, that's not exactly a pleasant experience," Takari mutters, finally pushing himself up from the ground. He squints into the horizon, where a colossal creature looms—a massive, yeti-like monster that towers menacingly, reaching an astonishing height of at least 25 kilometers and stretching 12 kilometers wide. Its fur is a tangled frostbitten white, blending with the snow-covered landscape, and its deep-set eyes glint with a predatory intelligence as it scans the surroundings, dwarfing everything in its vicinity.
"What in the world is that creature?" Takari exclaimed, his eyes wide with terror as he pointed toward the looming figure. The shadows danced around it, revealing glimpses of its grotesque form. Maria took a deep breath, her gaze unwavering. "It's a beast," she replied, her voice steady despite the fear coursing through her.
"I understand it's a beast, but what exactly is it?" Takari pressed, anxiety tightening his chest as he took a step backward, unable to tear his eyes away from the terrifying sight.
With a hint of reverence mixed with fear, Maria answered, "It's a Zylithian." She paused, the name lingering in the air as she recalled tales of its kind—massive, otherworldly creatures known for their immense strength and elusive nature. The atmosphere was thick with tension as they both contemplated what they were facing.
"Fret not; everything is under control," Maria reassured Takari with a confident smile. "Our kingdom's best summoners are on the case."
Due to the buff given out by the strongest support summoner, the team believes they cannot lose. However, as the yeti lets out a terrifying roar, it charges at them, breaking through their barrier.
"Oh no... This battle might be a tough one," Maria says quietly. "Why do you think that?" Takari asks. "That force field kept the kingdom safe from planet destroyers." What if that's true? "That yeti monster must have tons of raw strength!" Takari exclaims in fright.
The main summoner completes their spell just before the Zylithian reaches them. Unfortunately, the Zylithian charges forward with its horns extended, stabbing the summoned creature. This attack injures both the summoner and the summoned creature. Although the Guardian can hold on much longer, the summoner may die within two hours due to having taken 60% of the damage.
The tension is palpable as both teams fight fiercely, each striving to gain the upper hand. Amidst the chaos, the buffer and healer tirelessly support their allies. However, it's becoming increasingly clear that the first summoner is on the verge of collapse, his strength fading as the battle intensifies.
At that moment, Takari felt a surge of energy compelling him to help the other summoned spirit. He dashed toward the Zylithian, raising his hand above it. With determination, he clenched his fist and aimed a powerful punch at the Zylithian's left eye, hoping to stun the beast long enough for them to gain the upper hand.
"Take that, you monstrous beast!" Takari shouted, his heart pounding as he drove his fist deep into the Zylithian's left eye, feeling a rush of adrenaline surge through it.
When its left eye is struck, it enters a frenzied defensive dance. With lightning speed, it unleashes a barrage of wild punches in all directions, creating a chaotic symphony of strikes. The air crackles with energy as it frantically fights to protect itself or seek vengeance, all while remaining unpredictably exhilarating.
