Panic was written all over his face as reality sunk in. As his body tensed up due to the panic attack that he was having currently, he felt an undescribable pain and realized the body of Gray, his body now, could not take any emotional distress as that could lead him to dying a second time without even having a chance of even seeing his own reflection. He didn't quite know whether he would be granted another transmigration and he didn't quite like the thought of leaving that to chance so he forced himself to calm down.
Deep breaths could be heard echo softly in his room as he thought about the advantages of his situation.
First I need to see how badly messed up my body's state is in, I don't want to die tomorrow whilst sleeping. As he tried to sense his body's condition he felt hunger as the first condition of his body and not just normal hunger, it was more of a eat a whole bull kind of hunger. How long have I been asleep for someone barely even sixteen to feel this type of hunger?
As he tried to figure out how or where to get food Gray once again surveyed the room he was in as his eyes had grown accostmed to the dim lighting, he saw a bell on the table by the side of the bed. He tried to reach for it as he endured the pain that came with moving and as he held it in he palm he shook it twice, it fell to the ground as though that was all the energy he had in his body. Lightheadedness followed the simingly trivial task and he tried to breath steadily and not faint. He heard voices of the other side of the wall and five minutes later the white magnificent door to his left opened as people rushed in. With worry written on their faces .
The first person at the front was a middle aged man who had a mostouche and was dressed with fine fabric with gem on his hands and neck, to his side was a guy who looked to be in his early thirty's and had distress all over his face with thick dark eye circles as if he had not slept properly for a month and behind them was a stream of people who he assumed were servants by the fact they were trailing behind the two with their heads lowered. This was his father, Antony Morrison and his brother Richard in tow.
Food!food he's voice came out hoarse as if he was a zombie and those two words seem to have taken a lot of energy as his breathing became shallow and face turned pale . This scared the father son duo. Call the doctor !where is the doctor. His father shouted towards the door. Gray hang on just a little longer the doctor will be here to check on you in a bit . He said softly with concern in his voice evident. He's brother signalled the servant behind him with a motion as said to their father. Father calm down the doctor will be up any minute now and I've already sent someone to get you something you can eat just a moment. With the sound of running footsteps came in an old man with a briefcase in hand and was sweating as if he'd just been in a marathon. He looked at Gray and surprise evident on his face for a second before coming to his bed and checking his pulse. He seemed to mutter something under his breath and a blue light from his palm entered grey's body and he felt more comfortable than he was a second ago.
He looked at Antony with a look that suggested he wanted to talk to him privately. Just tell me so I know, it's my body after all. Gray soft voice echoed in the still dark room. His father looked at him with sad eyes and then gave a slit nod to the doctor . His body is recovering from the mana deviation but his mana core is shattered as the already weak core could not take the mana that was rampaging in his body. He is weak now and will need two weeks of bed rest and he'll need a lot of care and attention and should avoid mood swings as it could trigger his body as he recovers.
