Ren leaves the group of girls, their laughter fading behind him as he walks away from the court, a small smile lingering on his lips. They were fun and cute in a way that kept his mind buzzing with possibilities.
They're adorable, he thinks, his hands sliding into his pockets. I could help them sometimes if they ever need me. Just a little telekinetic control to make their day better… maybe give them a little surprise. His lips curl into a grin, the thrill of using his powers stirring excitement deep in his chest.
He likes that they don't know what he's capable of, and it sends a strange mix of pride and anticipation through him. One day, they might figure it out, he muses. But not yet. I'm enjoying the mystery.
As he continues riding down the street, the familiar neon sign of the restaurant glows ahead. He steps inside, expecting the usual hum of the kitchen and chatter of customers, but Eva's sharp voice cuts through the air, immediately setting his nerves on edge.
"Where the hell have you been?" she stands there crossing her arms and glaring, as fierce as always. "You were supposed to be back half an hour ago!"
Ren grins, feigning innocence. "Oh, I was just a bit late. The receiver said I have to stick around for a bid if I wanted the pay."
He exaggerates his gestures, pretending to act out the scene. "I told them, 'My boss is very scary! She will come here personally and yell at you guys if you don't pay!' But they just said, 'Let her come then.' I mean, I was really pissed when they said they don't fear you. You're really scary, believe me."
Eva's cheeks flush with frustration. "Quit acting! It's good you got the pay. If not, I would've cut that from your payment because it's your fault for being late."
He shrugs, amused by her frustration. "Come on, Eva, you know I wouldn't let you down. Besides, I think they even got scared when I said you would come after them if they didn't pay." He leans in a little, teasing. "They said you didn't seem that tough. Can you believe that? You should've seen me defending your honor."
Eva scoffs, rolling her eyes, but Ren catches the slight twitch of a smile before she turns away.
Satisfied, Ren grabs the next delivery order and heads out, ready for the same routine to continue.
He makes his way to the next location, his mind wandering to darker thoughts, as all the time. Who should I play with next as Incubi? His powers pulse just beneath the surface, wanting to lush out. Eva? No, not yet. Lina? Naa, not her, ever.
Maybe someone new… His thoughts trail off as he approaches the location. He knocks on the door, and when it opens, he's greeted by a woman in her late twenties—gorgeous, with dark, wavy hair cascading over her shoulders. She's dressed in a tight-fitting dress, her neckline just low enough to catch his eye.
Damn, she is gorgeous... Tsk, There's so many beautiful women but I keep wondering all the time who to target.
He hands her the order, his gaze lingering on her figure a little longer than necessary. As she takes the order from him, his fingers lightly brush against hers. That sends a shiver down his spine, a lustful one. His senses get high, and his eyes immediately trace to her big, bouncy breasts.
I am coming back here, tonight. The thought is almost immediate. His pulse quickens with excitement.
I can slip inside at night and find her in her room. I can get to tease her big stuff. She is stunning for sure. She must be experienced in this. The thought thrills him, but just as immediately, his reasoning kicks in. No, no, it's too risky. I don't even know her place. What if she has cameras, or does she even live alone? I can't rush these things right now.
He sulks and moves on to the next location—a massive house in a wealthier part of town. As he walks up to the door, he catches sight of the owner—a tall, elegantly dressed woman with perfect makeup and a sharp gaze. She barely spares him a glance as she takes the order, and Ren can't help but smirk.
She's rich. Imagine breaking her in her own house. The thrill of even imagining having her at night, on her bed sends shivers in his chest. No one would expect it. Just slipping in, using my powers… teasing her... But right now, I can't break into someone's house.
His excitement simmers as he makes his way through the rest of his deliveries, thoughts swirling with fantasies of who Incubi should strike next. There are so many possibilities and so many sexy women.
How about this, then? Tonight, I'll just go for a walk. And the first beauty I find will be the next target.
His last stop is a modest house on a quieter street. A girl, probably around sixteen, opens the door—her face flushed with youthful innocence. Ren feels a flicker of temptation but quickly pushes it aside. No, not her. She's too young. I should keep it to women around my age.
By the time he's heading home, night has fully settled in, casting the city in shadows. The anticipation of his nighttime stroll is building as he nears his apartment, his thoughts drifting back to all the beautiful women he's seen today.
Tonight's going to be really interesting.
He can see his apartment building from a distance. He is riding his worn-out bike as always.
Just as he nears the alley beside his apartment's building, a strange noise catches his attention—soft, muffled sounds that make his stomach twist inside.
"Haah, No… please… no…" The noise is familiar. Some guys are having fun at night, huh?
Curiously, Ren stops his bike at the entrance and gets down. He leans to the entrance and takes a peek at the alley.
But what he sees in the dimly lit alley instantly makes his heart stop. His body freezes in that stance.
The woman who is there is none other than the one he truly desires. It's her,
LINA
She's pinned against the cold brick wall, her body pressed between two thugs. One has his hands groping her breasts, squeezing them with a cruel grin on his face, while the other is running his fingers on her thigh, slowly pushing her skirt higher.
Lina's cheeks are flushed, her eyes wide with fear, her lips trembling as she pleads.
"Please," she whispers, barely able to speak. "Please… let me go…"
The taller of the two thugs chuckles, his voice low and mocking. "Oh, babe, you're not getting away tonight. Last time, we let you go, but tonight? It's gonna be the best night of your life." He leans closer, his breath hot against her ear. "We'll make you feel real good, if you don't force us to use, well… force."
Lina shakes her head, tears welling up in her eyes. "No, please don't…"
The second thug, the one with his hand up her thigh, smirks. "Come on, babe. No one's gonna hear you here. No one's gonna save you today. You Might as well enjoy it." His fingers press harder against her skin, and Lina flinches, her body shaking with fear.
And here at the entrance to the alley, Ren's standing there, his chest tightening at the scene unfolding before him. Every muscle in his body tenses, his fists clenching at his sides. His thoughts race, his vision blurring with rage.
How dare they? A fire ignites inside him that burns hotter with each passing second, the dark power within him swelling, desperately trying to be unleashed.
His mind flashes back to Gus, the man who had stolen everything from him in that reckless car accident. The man who got away with it. Ren thinks, his teeth grinding together. The man who should've paid for what he did.
And this? This is the same. This is Lina, his Lina, and these bastards are touching her.
His fury grows, boiling over the limit. He feels like he could tear the world apart with his bare hands. His entire body shakes with the effort of holding himself back, the power within him screaming to be released.
He has never been this angry before. This… He stares at Lina, her eyes pleading for help, her lips wanting to scream, and something snaps inside him. This is worse. He can't let them do this.
His blood roars in his ears, every beat of his heart fueling the rage consuming him. His power surges, clawing at the surface.
With every ounce of his being, he is ready to unleash hell upon them, to use every last shred of his power on them for every year shed from her eyes.
