"The hell?" She said as she stepped back in horror as she prepared to call the police. She felt a hand on her shoulder, "Wouldn't do that, Samia." The voice said. It was a girl, like her and she was scared.
"Well, It's not like the police will take days to respond, but that would just make you a target of interest if I didn't throw you the bushes with them." The girl said with a chuckle, "The Orphan Samia found dead ruled suicide."
"What am I looking at?" Samia shakily said as she barely squeaked the words out. "What I do to rival gang members." She said it with a tone that Samia could only tell that she enjoyed this. Samia finally turned around to see a girl her height with long blonde hair.
"Jeydah?" Samia said, confused and lost mostly, 'Rival gang? Gang?' The thought raced through her head like a hamster on a wheel. "Yep. Didn't you have time to take their bodies away? It's such a shame because people don't know who I am without a mask, and you've now become a person of interest; it's just going to be a matter of time before they come for you."
"They?" She squeaked out as Jeydah smirked with a nod. "The Rival Gangs."
They sat down at a bench as a garbage truck came through and picked up the bodies, putting them into bags, throwing them into the compactor and crushing them out of sight. "Wait, so are you a gang leader? Most of the students are our schools who are popular in gangs?" Jeydah nodded.
"Wait, and you are locked into a gang war where it's on-site for any gang member?" Jeydah nodded again as she spoke, "Most of the stabbing you most likely would have heard about is because of us."
"So ex-fighter, huh?" Samia was shocked, "How did you -" She was interrupted, "All Regional Squad makes you a great fighter and an important asset. So I see a little worth in you. I can see you as a feared headhunter who can protect someone like me from Gangs and Crooks. I also see a girl with a lot of friends who are loved and adored." Samia started to think about the offer, the idea of her having friends but also getting that glory back, it excited her
"Remember you saw nothing, or you become nothing."
Jeydah said as she stood up and walked away, and Samia was shocked at this sudden threat. Samia watched her walk away as she returned to her lessons for the day.
