ADRIANA'S POV
"Is he gonna come?" A muffled voice in my consciousness sounded.
I stirred, my body limp and my head facing downwards. What happened?
"Oh, she's waking up," Followed by a cackle and the sound of a door shutting.
I shot up with a start, breathing heavily, my eyelids drooping as I tried to make sense of where I was, but my mind was still hazy, and I felt a headache.
"Who…who are you?" My eyes zeroed in on the man who was standing in front of me, a black trench coat enveloping his entire frame easily.
He had a mask on with gloves and he was staring down at me with a condescending gaze. "Finally took you enough time to come through, huh?"
I groaned, a whimper escaping my lips as I tried to move only to figure out that I was tied to a chair. God damnit!. "Fuck you," I groaned, throwing my head back, feeling too weak to even try to struggle against the ropes beginning to dig into my skin.
