ADRIANA'S POV
It had been two days. Two fucking days of silence.
Salvatore and Henry had been out more often and Val had explained that they were scouring around even though the tests came in and said the body belonged to Vincenzo.
That's it.
I had killed the Don of the LaRosa Family, and now I was awaiting my death sentence; I had seen the looks the guards gave me any time I left the house, and it made me scared. How much longer until they knew?
They all knew about Vincenzo's death, but they had done nothing to harm me yet, so it was either Val was keeping them on a leash, or they had other things to do and were waiting for Master LaRosa to arrive at the mansion.
Master LaRosa had said he would come to the mansion to put things in order and to find out how his son had died, and, most importantly, to appoint a new Don. So it meant that they had all concluded that Vincenzo was gone.
"Eat up" Grace's voice broke through the haze.
