"Grey, the hell are you? Aren't you supposed to be—" Lithum's voice broke off as his eyes fell on Akin, Peak, and Kalè. His grin widened, manic and twisted, as he recognized the three by their black uniform.
"Look who we have here! The inns killers!" Lithum's grin stretched into a wild smile, excitement dancing in his eyes.
Akin looked in disbelief at what he saw Lithium appeared right in front of him. The man stood tall, his short hair tousled by the wind, cracking his knuckles with a battle-ready stance with a bone that looked like a human finger in his mouth using it as a twig.
"Head out, Grey! Let me have some fun with this inns killer!" Lithium jeered, crumbling the bone in delight as the thrill of the upcoming fight was evident in his voice.
Grey barely glanced at him, his expression unreadable. "Sure, Lithium. They are yours."
"Two of them are inns, and one is human," he said calmly, before turning away and heading off with Volley in tow. Volley laughed, a chilling sound that echoed in the air.
"Lithium, make sure they all die!" Volley's voice was sharp with malice.
"Shut up, brat!" Lithium roared in response, his focus now entirely on Akin. "Before I change my mind about your a** "
"You bastards! " Akin bellowed in fury, his blue flame sword flaring to life as he glared at
"I'll surely erase up all from existence!"
Lithium looked at akin with all the intensity of his rage, as akin was a whirlwind of anger, the weight of his grief and vengeance fueling the fire that burned within him.
Lithium's eyes widened in shock as Akin's sword was mere inches from his face. The intense blue flames from the blade reflected in his eyes.
"Really?!"
Just then Lithium grinned as he dodged back, letting Akin's blue-flamed sword slice into the ground. The blade's impact sent dust and a fierce gust of wind rippling through the room, stirring up a thick haze.
Suddenly, Lithium sensed Peak behind him, pink flames illuminating his sword.
"First form: Haze," Peak murmured, his blade slicing through the air with deadly precision as Mini, his pink dragon, soared above him as Peak instructed him to keep a safe distance from a foe like lithium.
Meanwhile, Lithium coldly tilted his head to the side, letting the blade graze past without harm. With a swift movement, he spun and slammed his body into Peak, sending him stumbling back a few paces.
"Not bad, human," Lithium taunted, mildly impressed by Peak's resilience as he steadied himself, his expression unfazed.
Lithium's attention flickered to Kalè, who was effortlessly cutting down the summoned inns. Her white flames blazed around her as she leaped and struck with precision, incinerating the inns that surrounded them in a fiery ring. She landed gracefully, her flames casting a fierce glow on her determined expression.
"Not bad! All of you!" Lithium laughed, eyes gleaming with a manic thrill.
"But that's still bad news for you death-wishers!" His laughter grew wild as he covered his face, exhilarated by the prospect of devouring them. "Maybe consuming two inns would make me even stronger!"
He eyed each of them with anticipation—Akin's fiery rage, Kalè's cold focus, and Peak's stern resolve.
"Not if I beat you to it first!"
Suddenly, Akin charged forward, slashing his blade with fury, but Lithium dodged each swing with practiced ease, moving backward and sidestepping as though he were merely toying with him.
Peak joined in, aiming his sword in a precise arc, but Lithium effortlessly slipped past his strike. Just as he shifted, he spotted Kalè's powerful kick rushing toward him, the force of her movement sending a gust of wind crashing forward. He raised his arm to block it, the impact causing a fierce wave to blast past them.
Lithium chuckled, his gaze fixed on Kalè's stance. "So, you use energy manipulation to enhance your strength, huh?"
Then, his grin widened as he realized their tactic. "And I'm guessing you're the one they're distracting me for," he smirked, noting the trio's coordinated attempts.
"The child's play only amuse me more!"
Lithium laughed insanely.
Just as Kalè began to retract her leg, Lithium grabbed her ankle and flung her toward Peak with shocking force. Before he could revel in his move, he was caught off guard as Akin appeared right in front of him, eyes blazing with fury.
"He was the real decoy?!," Lithium thought as his grin wavered for a split second.
"First form: Blue Flame Enhancement!" Akin roared, igniting his sword in an intense blue blaze and striking Lithium full force. Flames erupted, engulfing Lithium in a roaring inferno.
"Die!" Akin he mumbled coldly and menacing.
Stepping back as he watched Lithium consumed by the searing flames.
Peak, meanwhile, caught Kalè, steadying her as he set her down after her rough landing from Lithium's toss. They both looked at the blaze in stunned silence, watching Lithium's silhouette contort within the fire.
"This inn's power is… bizarre," Peak muttered, eyes narrowing as he assessed the scene. "On like other high-level inns.. he's far more dangerous and powerful!."
Suddenly, a menacing laugh echoed from within the flames, cutting through the silence.
"You thought you eat, huh?" Lithium's manic laughter filled the room as he began to emerge, walking calmly out of the blue flames still clinging to him. His expression was twisted in a crazed grin, completely unfazed by Akin's searing attack.
"Oh boy! Your reaction is priceless. Seriously!" he sneered, his voice dripping with mockery.
As he continued his slow, unhurried stride toward them, laughter echoing around them like a nightmare he pointed straight at Akin with his crazy expression and grin with head tilted sideways.
"your goal is certainly laughable, clown!"
Meanwhile, Akin stared, stunned, as Lithium emerged completely unscathed from the flames, not even his clothes singed. Lithium's cold, taunting gaze fixed on Akin, and he pointed directly at him.
"Get ready, you looking at me, me looking at you!"
Lithium said as he began to grin.
"And Yes! you the idiot trying to erase us from the human world!" Lithium spat.
Before Akin could fully process his words, he felt a brutal kick strike his chest, launching him sideways through the wall and out into the open air.
Looking up the noon sky Shocked by the sudden attack, he barely registered it before slamming into the ground with a sickening impact, cracking the earth beneath him.
"An'it no way!" Akin groaned and lay on the ground.
But just as he steadied himself, he caught sight of Kalè being hurled through the air with terrifying speed, crashing violently through the wall of a nearby house.
