Selene was making herself as scarce as possible to not fall on the radar of James.

Selene gulped the rising fear back into the pits of her stomach as she watched James brutally kill all those men like they were nothing!
But then, a shadow crawled and appeared right behind her, making her yelp in surprise.
She abruptly turned around only to see a being covered head to toe in dark clothing and a sinister aura around him.
She wanted to act but the words he spoke froze her in her path.

The being muttered, but that was all it took to keep her in her place.
