Chapter 16 - Nightclub (part2)

The three of them exited the apartment building and headed to the black limousine parked in front of them. Kaiser helped Natalia into the back seat after Charlotte abandoned him and headed to the other side of the limousine.

Charlotte helped herself and got into the car, her chestnut hair swaying down her back as she closed the door.

Kaiser watched the situation until he closed the door on Natalia's side and went to the front seat to sit, then directed the driver to the intended club.

The driver drove the car at a moderate speed, heading towards the desired destination. Kaiser and Natalia were talking while Charlotte was completely quiet.

Natalia talked about several topics while talking to Kaiser, the only one who was interacting with her conversation.

Charlotte, on the other hand, kept staring out the window.

The view of the streets at night was enchanting, captivating Charlotte's black eyes and all her thoughts.

Charlotte was lost in her thoughts and was no longer listening to the conversations around her.

She thought during this time in her life and whether she was following the right path or if she had done something wrong.

She was as kind and kind-hearted as she could be to those she knew and those she did not know.

However, today she told Leonid some things about her. But did she really have to tell Leonid this information?

After a while, Charlotte's journey with her thoughts ended as the limousine stopped in front of the club.

Kaiser got out of the limousine first, then helped Natalia, and of course Charlotte got out without needing any help, and stood next to the curb waiting for them.

Charlotte preferred to rely on herself, or perhaps she was keeping a safe distance between herself and Kaiser. Whatever Charlotte was thinking, her actions were only beginning to really bother Kaiser.

Natalia took Kaiser's arm and Charlotte's arm and walked towards the club's gate.

"Let's hurry, the weather looks cheerful!"

Charlotte made a slightly shocked expression while Kaiser smiled, and they walked towards the gate and entered.

The sounds of music and shouts of encouragement pierced Charlotte's eardrums as soon as she entered, and the atmosphere was electric, especially on the dance floor in the middle.

Charlotte's ears and body could not distinguish between the rhythm of the music being made by the DJ, so she did not enter the dance floor at all, and decided to head to her favorite place.

Charlotte gestured towards the bar tables.

"I'll go over there to drink, while you two can go dancing."

"Are you sure?"

"Yes."

"Then drink it all on me."

Kaiser presented his black credit card to Charlotte, and when he saw that she did not take it, he put it in her coat pocket, then took Natalia's hand, who took off her coat, gave it to Charlotte, and headed to the dance floor.

"Hey!"

"See you later~!"

Natalia waved her arm in the air and took off with Kaiser to the middle to dance.

The loud, high and low-tempo melodies moved the bodies of all the dancers.

Charlotte puffed her cheeks, annoyed at being ignored.

She went to the table closest to the bar and sat down by herself after putting Natalia's coat aside. At the same moment, the handsome, smooth-looking waiter approached Charlotte and asked her about her orders.

After staring at the drinks menu, Charlotte ordered some alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Her main desire was to have fun but she secretly wanted to bankrupt Kaiser by any chance.

After taking her order, the waiter nodded with an attractive smile on his lips and said.

"One minute and I'll get everything done."

"Hmm.."

Charlotte ignored the waiter's sweet manner and stared around.

Although it was a loud club, it was reserved for the VIP category. She received special treatment as if she was an important figure in society or in the artistic community.

Charlotte leaned on her palm and looked at the couple dancing together in a sexy manner.

Natalia was smiling happily with Kaiser under the laser lights and music.

Their bodies are connected like their eyes that never look away from each other.

Charlotte's black eyes kept staring until she heard the waiter's voice again.

"Enjoy, ma'am."

"Hmm…thank you."

Charlotte turned her eyes to the colorful glasses the waiter placed on her table, each of which had a lovely refreshing colour.

She lifted one of the glasses and swallowed it whole, in one go.

It may not seem obvious, but Charlotte likes to drink a lot, even though she gets drunk quickly.

She sighed, took out her phone and looked at the clock, leaning on her palms.

As time passed, and without noticing, Charlotte drank all the cups on the table, her white skin slightly reflecting the blush of her cheeks, while her eyelids were partially closed.

She was feeling hot, so she took off her coat and put it aside. Charlotte revealed her small, bare shoulders and her neck, which was decorated with a small soft necklace.

She lifted her chestnut locks high, stretched, then leaned down on the table and let her hair slide down her back smoothly.

Charlotte was stealing the men's attention from the front, back and side as well, completely oblivious to her surroundings.

"Here you go, ma'am."

"Hmm?"

The waiter's familiar voice startled the drunken Charlotte. She turned to him after he placed a cup of strawberry ice cream decorated with whipped cream and cut strawberries with colorful chips on the table.

"I didn't ask for this…"

"This request is private at the expense of a gentleman."

"from? "

Charlotte raised her eyebrows and stared at the waiter's smile that appeared on his lips due to her gentle tone before staring into his eyes.

"Gentleman there."

The waiter pointed with his hand towards the table on the other side, and added.

"The gentleman over there ordered this delicious strawberry ice cream at his own expense for you."

Charlotte turned her eyes to where the waiter was pointing, and narrowed her eyelids, trying to recognize the man's face. The task of identifying this man was very difficult, especially with the lighting and Charlotte's poor eyesight.

She couldn't see anything of the man's features other than his familiar black hair. After an intense, unhelpful stare, Charlotte closed her eyelids and rubbed her eyes. She just strained her eyes, then opened them again and turned to the ice cream cup.

"This is too bad, I don't want this…?"

Charlotte's eyelashes fluttered and her lips twitched in a pout.

"When did he leave?"

The waiter's sudden departure put her in a bad mood to the point of frowning, just how could he leave without waiting for her response? Charlotte asked, continuing to frown and showing no interest in the cup of strawberry ice cream.

In Charlotte's eyes, asking for strawberry ice cream is a vulgar way to flirt with her. She's already had enough of strange men, plus strawberry flavor isn't the best for her.

After a few moments of waiting alone, Charlotte felt a warm sensation envelop her back. She opened her eyes, which she closed in an instant without realizing it, and then turned back.

The pair of amber eyes, dark with forbidden desire, fell directly onto Charlotte's calm black eyes like a stagnant black lake.

Kaiser pinned Charlotte's coat to her back and then sat down at the table next to her, pulling Natalia to his side by her wrist.

Natalia's white skin was similar to Charlotte's, and her cheeks were red.

Only Kaiser was fully conscious among his drunken friends.

"I can't believe you're drunk too! Just what's wrong with you guys? We didn't just come here to drink so why would you get drunk so quickly?!"

Kaiser grumbled in exasperation and leaned back in his seat.

"Why are you yelling at us? Do you think you're the only one who can scream?"

Natalia closed her fist and punched Kaiser's arm several times without hurting him. Kaiser remained calm, staring at her until he sighed and rolled his eyes with a frustrated expression.

What kind of idea did he follow to become close friends with Natalia? Kaiser silently blamed himself.

"Come on, Kaiser~."

"What?"

Kaiser widened his eyes slightly when he saw Charlotte offering him a cup of strawberry ice cream with a sweet smile, what kind of occasion had happened now for Charlotte to offer him something.

Kaiser narrowed his eyes and stared at Charlotte deeply, the round face with innocent features was suspicious this time.

"Why are you offering me this, I thought you were upset with me?"

"Me?!"

Charlotte pointed her hand to her chest while giving Kaiser a slightly exaggerated reaction.

"Are you saying I'm doing this on purpose? Don't tell me you think I poisoned you or that I spit on your ice cream, oh my god you're wronging me now~!"

"I didn't say anything and I didn't even judge your action."

"Okay I'll tell you the truth!"

Charlotte left the cup of ice cream in front of Kaiser on the table and crossed her arms as she tried to adjust her sitting position and look into Kaiser's eyes.

"This ice cream."

" Yes. "

"The one with strawberry flavour, and I don't know the rest."

"Yes."

Kaiser tried to control his instincts while Charlotte acted like a spoiled girl. The problem is that this role suits her annoyingly.

"Hmm… what was i saying again?"

"Just tell me what's up with this ice cream and why you're giving it to me. Please."

Charlotte tilted her head slightly to the side, narrowed her eyes, and thought for a moment.

"Aha!"

She snapped her fingers and said quickly with a smile.

"This ice cream was ordered by a gentleman for me~"

"A strange man ordered ice cream for you, and you want to give it to me?"

"Yes, why not. Plus, that guy is sitting over there."

Charlotte pointed to where the waiter had pointed earlier. It was amazing that she remembered everything literally.

Kaiser turned his eyes to the empty table that Charlotte was pointing at and then said.

"There's no one there. Are you trying to make up some story to make me jealous?"

"What?"

Charlotte turned around quickly and opened her eyes wide. There was no one at the table.

Charlotte was confused now, she was sure that the man who had ordered her ice cream was there.

While thinking, she suddenly felt a warm hand pressing her chin and guiding her face forward.

"Listen carefully, Charlotte. You better not play with fire, especially with a man like me."

"Hey, what are you talking about?"

Charlotte puffed out her cheeks and defended herself.

"I'm not lying to you, someone really ordered me this ice cream."

"Well so what? You could have simply rejected it, but you kept it, so you can give it to me, you girl."

Kaiser narrowed the distance between himself and Charlotte, his thumb and forefinger tightly gripping her soft chin.

"Why are you trying to turn me on now, huh?"

"No! I don't. You're wrong!"

Charlotte moved her head, but Kaiser's grip on her chin was painful every time she resisted. She raised her hand and wanted to push Kaiser's hand away, but Kaiser stopped her and tightened his other grip on her hands.

"You do. Not only now, but all the time, from the time we met until now, and you are never enough to make me feel these feelings."

Kaiser continued to narrow the distance to the point where his lips almost collided with Charlotte's face.

"You better be careful…"

Kaiser whispered coldly to Charlotte's face and continued.

"I have violent tendencies that you may not be able to tolerate, Charlotte."

"No. You're wrong Kaiser, completely wrong! You-!"

Kaiser's thumb firmly covered Charlotte's lips, forcing her to remain silent.

He smelled her intoxicating, refreshing breath as his hot, desire-filled breath hit her face violently, under his red eyelashes he stared intensely at every part of Charlotte's face.

"The question that always haunts me remains: Will your beautiful eyes cry, begging me for more?"

Charlotte was in denial and couldn't respond to Kaiser's words because of his thumb blocking her, plus her consciousness was too distracted.

Only her black eyes sparkled innocently as she stared into Kaiser's dark eyes.

"Why are you giving me that look, do you like what I'm saying~?"

Kaiser suddenly stopped and stepped back, letting go of Charlotte in one go and leaning against the table.

He smiled and said.

"Forget it. I was just kidding with you."

It was actually a lie, he almost did something that would make Charlotte hate him for the rest of her life, and who knows maybe her hatred wouldn't last.

Kaiser tightened his grip with his left hand and pinched the bridge of his nose with his right hand.

"I'm a damn lucky guy."

He laughed to himself and then checked the time using his precious wrist watch.

It was already late and perhaps it was time to return before his shackles were removed.

Kaiser sighed and took out his phone to call the limo again.

As time passed, he felt strange that Charlotte did not comment. He turned to her and found her already asleep. Kaiser wanted to touch those cheeks, but he contented himself with just staring and following Natalia.

"No! I don't want to go home! I want to stay longer and drink more."

"Stop yelling, you're embarrassing me."

After the driver arrived, Kaiser left the club with Natalia and Charlotte.

Kaiser lifted Natalia over his shoulder, wrapped her in the coat like a sack of potatoes, and headed toward the limousine, guiding Charlotte by the hand.

Fortunately, Charlotte did not let go of his hand this time, but rather walked behind him like an obedient, sleeping lamb, unlike the noisy Natalia.

With the driver's help, Kaiser was able to first place Charlotte in the back seat of the car and then place Natalia next to her.

Kaiser closed the door in Natalia's face without giving her any chance to scream or complain.

He shook his hands and went to the passenger seat and sat down. The aura surrounding Kaiser was also quiet and dark.

Natalia's complaining and constant kicking of the back of the passenger seat made Kaiser's mood worse and worse.

All the way Kaiser endured the situation and said nothing. He was a true example of what a patient man means.

After the limousine driver stopped the car in front of the apartment building, Kaiser quickly got out and opened the door for Natalia, who calmed down halfway so that he could help her first and then Charlotte.

"Give me your hand."

When Kaiser tried to get Natalia out, Natalia pulled up inside and vomited on the car seat, causing Kaiser's patience to wear thin.
