The zodiac is made up of twelve signs in the manner of Aries, Taurus, Gemini Cancer, Leo, Virgo, Libra, Scorpio, Sagittarius, Capricorn, Aquarius and Pisces, in which each of them are the names of the gods who possess their abilities.
Years ago, the son of the god Leo descended on Earth, by the name Leonard. He was a total opposite of his father who was too strick, too serious, never laughed or smiled and never joked around. Leonardo was kind, gentle, considerate and heartwarming. There was something in the eyes of the gods Leo and Leonard that differtiated them from us humans which was gold freckles in their eyes. Anyone who sees those gold freckles knows it was either Leo or Leonard. Leonard descended on earth in human form,without freckles to blend in, which was against his father's will. During his stay on Earth, he fell in love with a woman named Liya. She also was in love with him and they settled on Earth to start a their life together.
When Leo heard about this, he was enraged. He sent his mini gods to get his son, but all came back wounded and weak. Then, he decided to go down to earth himself. This made the zodiac be in disarray and the Dark Galaxy, the enemies of the gods, took that opportunity to attack the gods. Liya bore Leonard a son and a daughter. He hid his family far away from himself. Leo descended on earth and began to destroy everything in his way out of anger.
"Why have you chosen to be stubborn and wayward?" Leo said angrily.
"That's not the case, Father! I'm not you and I can never be like you!" Leonard said.
"What do you take me for, you fool?!" Leo asked.
"You can't force me to be who you want me to be, Father!" Leonard said.
"But why?! Why does it have to be a human?! People who are weaker and insignificant compared to us! We rule them and their nothing but subjects to us!" Leo says.
"That's what you think! Subjects and nothing else! Father, I fell in love with that same human who call nothing but subjects and I chose to live the rest of my life with her! There's nothing you can do about it!" Leonard says firmly.
"Nothing you say, it's about time I thought you a lesson.... the hard way" Leo says in a stern tone.
Leo sends two of his mini gods after Liya and the twins and killed them. Leonard felt it and went after them but he was too late. He found the twins dead and Liya dying, bleeding seriously.
Tears fell uncontrollably down Leonard's cheeks as he ran to Liya's side and carried her in his arms.
"Li... Liya, I.... I'm sorry. I'm so sorry..." He says tears rolling down his cheeks.
"It's... okay" She says in pain.
"I... failed to protect you, to protect our twins. Liya... I failed you" He says crying.
Liya reached out to touch Leonard's face.
"It's... okay, it's... not your fault, Leonard"
"I'm sorry... I risked your life and that of our twins" He says crying.
"Leonard... you're the best thing that's ever happened to me. I met wonderful man who loved, cherished me and made me the happiest woman on earth" She says smiling weakly.
"I love you, Liya.... with all my heart and I'll never forget you" He says tears streaming down his eyes.
"I... love you too, Leonard" She says with a smile and gave up the ghost.
Leonard buried Liya and the twins at a place which he called 'My Family'. After he buried his family, he went straight to the zodiac. When he ascended, he met a hot bottle between the gods and the Dark Galaxy. Leonard created a fire like tornado towards the Dark Galaxy which killed half of their number to clear his way to the throne room where the power source of the gods and the dark galaxy was concealed. He brought it into the battlefield. Once the power source was in sight, everyone started to drop their weapons and withdraw their powers. Everyone began to wonder why he brought the Power source into the battlefield.
"What do you think you're doing?!" Leo asks confused.
"Those nothing but subjects will now possess each and everyone's powers from today." Leonard says.
"What do you mean?!" Leo asks confused.
"I'm going to break the power source so that humans, not just any human, special people will have everyone in this field powers".
"Don't you dare!!!" Leo says.
"You took everything away from me that ever made me happy" scoffs "Those
nothing but subjects will become something from today and there's nothing you can do about it" He says firmly.
Leonard breaks the power source and everything fell into earth. The power of the gods and the Dark Galaxy went into the Chosen people who would possess the abilities by mastering every stage of their powers until they became the Warriors of the Athena.
