Robin became very interested in this new power he had just discovered. He started going to the family library and reading books which obviously he had yet to learn the books so he asked help from one of the maid. Robin was able to read and write in a 1 month which shocked the whole palace. Everyone started calling him "Genius of the Ashton Family", which really didn't bother him at since he enjoyed a lot of fame in his previous life.
Most of his time, Robin was in the library and discovered various levels of the world which were divided in two parts, Mana Knight and Mages. Mana Knight was all about modifying the body structure using mana which had five levels which are Junior Knight, Silver Knight, Golden Knight, Diamond Knight and a Supreme Knight. So what got the interest of Robin is that a supreme knight could live up to 250 years which made his eyes shine with hope that his biggest dream to live forever could be achieved in this new world but reaching that level one hard to rebuild his body from scratch which was obviously a very painful process.
For the mages they had there own set of levels different from which are Junior Mage, Mid-Level Mage, Arch Mage, Supreme Mage an Magi King. Unlike the knights, mages could increase lifespan artificially after reaching arch mage using various body modification which most of the time would turn them to ugly and old. Arch mages were generally on the same level as the Diamond Knight in terms of destruction power. According to the book arch mages were actually rare unlike Diamond Knight who would be seen as generals frequently in various kingdoms written in the books and since arch mages would be able to cast strong spells on the battlefield that could kill multiple Knights at the same time, also since being a mage needed one to be an actual genius which it made even harder for most mages reach arch mages in there life time and they would die studying or even go crazy. Robin silently felt a little pity for mages.
Robin had spent more than a year in the library and was approaching 5 years of age and was a silent child. He did not have interest in making friends with nobles of the kingdom, some tried to rope him by sending there daughters but he had no interest in them and only read books. As he was seated at a bench in the garden which was at the middle of the castle he remembered the legends of the Supreme Knight who were literally a one man army and only level that could fight a Supreme Mage head on. both the supreme mage and knight were already legend in the current era they could be seen once every 5000 years. It was believed the kingdom of Azure ancestor was a supreme mage no one knew how long they could live but it estimated even a 1000 years. Finally the Magi King who was also known was as an Emperor since they hard the strength to suppress a nations and also lifespan cannot be estimated but only once appeared 100,000 years ago, this was during the great war between the humans and monsters.
As Robin was still thinking, suddenly he heard a huge explosion outside the castles and when looked at the sky, he saw a huge dragon shaped creature and the two knights he saw previously fighting it. Suddenly he was picked up from the bench and moved inside the castle. He almost shouted but looked and saw it was his father, his father said, "Go to the throne room immediately and find your mother, you will be safe there.". Robin immediately ran towards the throne room as instructed.
Robin run directly to the throne room and found his mother. His mother run towards him when she saw him and picked him up. There were also various nobles in the throne room, the structure of the Ashton kingdom was a normal structure where there was a King/Queen, then the duke who was a direct cousin to his mother and was also know as the Karl Falkair the current head of the Falkair family. The queen looked at the duke and asked, "what is the situation outside?". Karl answered, "You highness it seems the wyvern is almost defeated but also the two brothers are almost exhausted.". Robin looked at Karim the Duke and suspected he was a mage which made him very curious about him.
The queen took Robin to the throne and made him sit there, which made Robin feel awkward. As his mother was discussing about the battle outside with the duke he noticed most nobles were viscount and only two of them were count who were standing beside the duke. Viscount had a special badge which they had to wear for them to be identified while the count did not have two badges since they were just two. The Ashton kingdom was located in a mountain range area which was an advantage for defense but disadvantage for expansion since most kingdoms were further from them in flatter areas.
He also overhead the viscount planning on how to split the wyvern body which shocked him. While the king and soldiers were risking there lives for the people, the viscounts were discussing profits. All of a sudden he heard ,"Your Highness Prince Robin!". He looked who called him and it was the daughter of duke Ann Falkair. They were almost agemates while Robin was older by 6 months. Robin looked and Ann Falkair asked, "Can you play with me tomorrow?", she held her hands together while looking down. Robin never spoke a lot even most citizen of kingdom thought he was mute, he thought to himself, "do i have to do this? This annoying but it can't hurt to know a few people.". Robin looked at her and answered, "Sure.". Robin went silent but Ann looked at him with her cute baby face and a huge smile and ran towards her father.
The doors of the throne opened suddenly, it was the king and the two soldier covered with blood. The King said," The wyvern has been defeated get the soldiers to pick it up and take it the royal storage.". Robin had estimated that the two knights were golden knights since they could use various fire and lightning for fighting. He could not see through his father so noted he would have to ask him. The name of the knights were Luke Ashton who could use the element of fire and Peter Ashton who used the element of lightning. The name of the king was Lion Ashton, the knights were his close cousins and most loyal knights. Which made the Ashton most powerful family in the kingdom.
Luke Ashton said, "Thank the gods it was not a dragon. It was still a mid-level beast only we could fight and if a certain man could help," he glanced at the Duke, "we could have defeated it much faster." The King interjected, "I told him to protect the royal family, that's on me.". The duke went to the King and said, "Since everyone is safe, i will go back to my study your highness, if you need please let me know.". The king nodded and the duke went to towards with door with Ann holding his hand.
Robin went towards the king, stopped beside him and said, "How was the fight?". Everyone the throne room was shocked by the question and the king answered looked at him as he was holding his laugh in, a five year old child who looked fearless and answered, "it was a good fight.". The actual reason Robin why was not surprised by this was in his previous life, Wars had became a common thing and the super power nations always want to show there dominance in various regions. He had created the most powerful artificial intelligence, it was used in war at first he almost killed himself cause of this, but then he decided spent rest of his life suppressing the AI secretly since it was too good at wars when used with modern weaponry. He had seen the artificial intelligence used to commit genocide and he also went to the nations in secret to help as much as be could do much.
His last 5 years of his life, he spent writing a virus to destroy the ai from the inside hoping it would stop the AI. He launched the virus at the age of 98 years in secret to protect his family and it was also middle finger to the super power nations. In the last years of his life there were signs of inaccuracy of the AI but most people couldn't notice. Robin sighed and said to himself, "Hopefully it worked.". He answered, "good." and went a way towards the bedroom while maids were following him. Also everyone had left and only the king and queen remained in the room. The king looked at the queen and said, "i feel like we gave birth to an emperor, no even more. Sometimes i feel pressure from Robin". The queen jokingly answered, "May be he will rule the world one day".
