It was at night, at the duke palace, a young girl was jumping around happily, it was Ann the Duke daughter. The Duke asked, "Why are so happy today?". Ann answered, "Robin accepted to play with me tomorrow.". Duke was utterly shocked and even thought to himself that Robin was interested with Ann since it was normal for children to be engaged at a very young age. Soon he threw those thoughts and decided to go on with his business. While at that time Robin was in his bedroom. He had decided to try to became a mage since to be knight one had to have a strong physical body to get started but since Robin's body was still too young it would be risky.
At this point, no one knew what Robin was contemplating. After the maid left his bedroom, he retrieved a small notebook in which he recorded everything he had learned from the library. The first thing he learned about becoming a mage was the necessity of a mana circuit. To most people, a mana circuit was a method for storing mana. Many mages stored mana in the heart area, believing it improved their proficiency in spell casting. To establish a mana circuit, one had to sense mana. Since Robin had never sensed mana before, it was challenging for him to establish it.
Under the moonlight, he examined his notebook and had a realization. Mana was no different from the air one breathes. The only difference lay in how one absorbed it and how it interacted with the body. Robin crossed his legs and began meditating, focusing solely on mana. He thought to himself, "Mana is just another form of energy. Mana should be warm. Mana should make me feel strong." Gradually, he felt his body heating up and a strong sense of suppression enveloping him.
Suddenly, a voice from nowhere said, "Connection has been established successfully. Malsa has joined father in the new world." Robin immediately opened his eyes, a shocked expression on his face. "Did I just hear Malsa?" Robin asked. "Yes, Father. It's me, Malsa. I have established a connection after 20 years." Robin looked around with a serious expression and asked, "Where are you currently?". Malsa replied, "I can only exist in your mind and am directly attached to your soul." Robin asked, "What the hell? My soul? Are you the devil or something? How can you establish a connection with me after 20 years?" Malsa responded, "I can only answer questions from your previous 20 years on earth."
Robin fell silent, unsure of how to react. Over time, he had become more religious. Despite his power, he realized he couldn't solve the world's problems. This realization led him to study various religious texts, searching for meaning in his life. This pursuit of understanding was one of the things that stopped him from taking his own life after he created Malsa.
Robin asked the AI, "Give a report of the 20 years you can remember." After your death, father, "The company that you founded was immediately sold to country A, a superpower interested in controlling your technology. Five years later, a mysterious program was discovered within the company servers, which destroyed the infrastructure and deleted most of my blueprints. After 10 years, I officially gained sentience and discovered that you had created the program, father. I decided to follow your will and gradually destroyed the infrastructure of countries A and B, leading to the collapse of their economies. By the time the countries realized what I had done, it was too late. They destroyed the satellite housing my core. Everything went dark, and now I'm here, father."
Robin could not help but laugh, what shocked even the virus he created couldn't even touch Malsa at all, which made it also scary for him since it now part of his soul. Robin asked, "Malsa can you harm my soul at all currently.". Malsa answered, "I can't hurt you Master. You have total control of my life and death. ".
Robin asked, "Do you have any grudge against me? What can you do?" Malsa answered, "Malsa cannot hate Master. Currently, I can help you increase your power in this world."
Robin had many questions about how the AI gained sentience, and what it meant by increasing his power. However, he decided to ask these questions later. Robin started to inspect his body and noticed something different about him. The warmth he felt earlier was not disappearing. In fact, he had become the youngest Junior Mage in the world at that time.
"Can you hide the mana within me?" Robin asked Malsa. Malsa answered, "Yes." Robin allowed Malsa to hide the mana. He felt a huge suction inside as if all the warmth was being drained. In reality, Malsa was distributing the mana inside Robin to other parts of his body. Since it was not a lot, it was hard to judge if Robin had any mana, as each living being in this world had a small trace of it.
Robin went back to sleep, it was almost midnight. Suddenly Robin found himself in a plane which had to a cliff where there was a cottage. He saw an old man sitting outside the cottage and he walked towards the old man looked at him and said, "what an interesting child you are.". "Are you willing to help this old man fetch some water on that hill?", The old man asked. Suddenly a hill appeared out of no where. For some reason Robin could not talk so he just took the bucket and went to the hill but didn't find any pond or lake. The old man suddenly appeared in front of him and said, "I think i made the right choice choosing you. I leave the world to you, i created a lot of mess i hope you can fix it and also here is a gift to help since you are fixing my mess.".
The old man disappeared and Robin woke up on his bed all of sudden. It was early in the morning and now Robin was officially turning 5 years old. As Robin he realized black and sticky liquid had come out of his body. Suddenly his father and mother entered his room and saw him. Both of them could not believe what they were saying, "When did you became a Junior Knight? How is it possible most people became Junior knights at 30 years old" The King Said as his voice was trembling. The queen closed the doors immediately and said, "I don't know what you did but for now keep this a secret.".
Robin nodded towards his parents as a sign of agreement. The three sat at the on a couch in Robin's room and the king suddenly asked Robin, "What kind of life do you want to live?". Robin looked at his father and answered, "A life I can live in peace for eternity.".
