In good spirits, Reiki walked over to Sara with a smile. He was already planning how to approach the deal. Whatever the cost, it didn't matter to Reiki. The Dragon Veins and Immortal Land were the priorities.

"If the terms are reasonable, I will agree to the deal," Sara replied before Reiki could even finish his thought. "Just don't make me regret it."
Reiki was pleased with her willingness to negotiate. She could tell that Reiki wasn't trying to intimidate her, which improved her perception of him. Although she knew he could use force, he had chosen a civil approach, which made Sara feel a little more at ease.
"I have no intention of causing you any distress, Queen Sara. I apologize if the earlier battle alarmed you," Reiki said, maintaining a composed tone. "Since you're willing to make a deal with me…"
"Kakashi, go patrol the area. Stay alert and ready for any trouble," he instructed. "Naruto, go with Kakashi and the others."
"Understood," Kakashi and Naruto responded before disappearing into the shadows.
Reiki's methods had no limits. If they stayed and caused any problems, he wouldn't hesitate to deal with them harshly. Although they trusted Reiki wouldn't kill them, the mere thought of what he could do sent shivers down their spines. It wasn't long before they made the smart decision to leave.
With the others gone, Reiki pulled out a small notebook. "Queen Sara, let's discuss the deal. I need the key to the Dragon Vein, and I assume you've decided to hand it over. Now, let's talk about what I can offer in return."
"First, I am an experienced pharmacist. I can provide you with a steady supply of basic potions annually. Second, if you need financial or resource support, I can arrange that through my organization, which manages the distribution of my potions. They are well-known and highly sought after in the ninja world. Lastly, I offer protection. If Rouran ever faces a crisis, you can count on my aid, with no limit on how often you can call on me. As long as I am around, Rouran will be safe."
Reiki's words left Sara deep in thought. Was this truly a deal? She had expected him to demand much more. But now, it seemed he was offering more than she anticipated. The way Kakashi, Naruto, and the others treated Reiki hinted at his powerful status in Konoha. Making a deal with him seemed beneficial and secure.
Still, Sara wanted reassurance. "I need to see your strength."
Reiki smiled. "I've used a significant number of potions recently, so I may not have as many with me now. However, I do have resources." He began taking out space scrolls from his ninja bag, revealing bottles of potions and boxes filled with ten-thousand yen notes. As he emptied four scrolls, a small mountain of potions and money piled up in front of him, with labels showing their retail prices.
Sara was stunned. She hadn't expected Reiki to carry such wealth. The potions were impressive, even though she couldn't fully grasp their value due to her lack of ninja training. But the money—those were real and abundant. The amount surpassed the annual income of her entire kingdom.
"Now you see what I can offer," Reiki said. "The deal is sealed. I leave it to you to decide how much Rouran will benefit from this partnership."
Sara, still processing what she saw, took a pendant from around her neck and handed it to Reiki. The moment he held it, he recognized it as a *Fairyland Trial Certificate*. He was thrilled; this was exactly what he needed.
"I'll need to keep most of the potions and some funds for now," Reiki said. "You'll have one-tenth of the basic potions and all the advanced ones. I'll also give you two-thirds of the money as a deposit. And as promised, I will protect Rouran. For now, I'll handle Rouran's current crisis as part of this agreement."
Pushing the potions and money towards Sara, Reiki smiled confidently.
"I… I don't know what to say," Sara stammered. She had thought of Reiki as a wealthy man, but this surpassed her wildest imagination.
