The next morning…
"Shizune, I won't be going to the hospital today. Please take a leave for me," Reiki said as he prepared to leave. "If any designated tasks come up and they're not urgent, just turn them down. If it's urgent, come find me at the Uchiha compound."
With that, Reiki left, eager for the day's plans.
After his morning exercises, Reiki headed to the Uchiha compound.
Inside the Uchiha compound, at the Uchiha Fugaku Academy…
"You want to conduct combat training with our Uchiha ninjas?" Uchiha Fugaku asked, looking at Reiki with a mix of curiosity and surprise.
Reiki nodded. "As a medical ninja, I'm the team's primary support, so I must ensure I'm not a burden. Medical ninjas should be able to defend themselves. If I can't protect myself, I won't be able to help others."
Fugaku considered this for a moment. "Fair point. I'll arrange something for you." He then turned to Uchiha Nagasawa. "Nagasawa, gather ten chunin from the Security Department for a combat session with Reiki."
"Yes, Patriarch." Nagasawa nodded and gestured for Reiki to follow him to the training ground.
As they arrived, chunin from the Security Department quickly assembled. These ninjas had recently joined and were currently on standby, so the training wouldn't interfere with their duties.
"Reiki, how would you like to do this? One-on-one or team battles?" Nagasawa asked with a smile.
"Let's start with one-on-one. I'd like to gauge everyone's strength first. We can discuss team battles later… for a fee," Reiki replied with a grin.
Nagasawa raised an eyebrow but shrugged. "Alright, Ueda, you're up."
A young ninja, Uchiha Ueda, stepped forward. At just 12 years old, he was already a chunin with the double Tomoe Sharingan.
"Hello, Reiki-sensei," Ueda greeted, forming the Seal of Opposition.
"Hello, Ninja Ueda," Reiki replied, mirroring the seal.
"Be careful!" Ueda activated his Sharingan, showing respect by using his clan's signature ability.
But before Ueda could plan his next move, Reiki's fist landed squarely on his stomach, sending him flying backward. In mere moments, Ueda was down, unconscious.
Reiki looked at the others. "Please, treat me as a real opponent, not just an exercise. If I were your enemy, Ueda would be dead. Next."
Nagasawa's eye twitched as he looked at the fallen Ueda. Clearly, he had underestimated Reiki.
"Chu, you're up. Remember what Reiki-sensei said and give it your best," Nagasawa instructed.
Uchiha Chu, another double Tomoe Sharingan user, was more cautious. He immediately created distance and used a Fire Style jutsu to launch an attack.
"Fire Style: Dance of the Fire Snake!" Chu called out, creating a wave of fire as he summoned shadow clones to flank Reiki.
Unfazed, Reiki drew his sword and swiftly dispatched one of the clones before advancing on the other two. His strength, speed, and skill easily outmatched Chu, who quickly found himself forced into close combat. Within minutes, Chu also lay unconscious.
Watching this, Nagasawa was at a loss for words. *Is he really a medical ninja?* he wondered, noting Reiki's top-tier taijutsu and swordsmanship. Despite knowing Reiki was talented in combat, this display exceeded expectations.
Two hours later, Reiki was wrapping up. "Nagasawa, these chunin are skilled, but they lack combat experience, especially when facing unconventional opponents like me. They need to break certain habits and develop stronger tactics."
"Yes, you're right," Nagasawa replied, still processing what he had witnessed.
"And, by the way, I've got ideas on how they can improve, but I'll need some funding to implement them," Reiki added with a wink.
Nagasawa sighed. "Alright, I'll arrange it."
"Perfect. Leave the rest to me." Reiki smiled and addressed the group. "First, as chunin, you need to fully understand your strengths. Always engage with your most effective attacks first…"
Reiki went on to demonstrate techniques and strategies for improvement, guiding the Uchiha chunin in combination tactics and awareness exercises.

Late into the evening, after finishing the last of his treatments, Reiki left the Uchiha compound with a contented smile. The day had been fruitful, not only providing him with valuable experience but also helping him refine his own abilities.
Once again, Reiki realized: the best way to grow was to go out and seek it yourself.
