In an instant, the scene before him changed dramatically. The luxurious hotel surroundings transformed into a dimly lit cell, and the soft figures beside him turned into filthy, foul-smelling bodies.
Just as Su Mu was wondering what had happened—
*Clang!*
The sound of a metal rod striking metal startled him, his body trembling instinctively. This body seemed to have a deep-seated fear of such noises, conditioned to react this way.
Moments later, several tall, burly men stepped into the light, passing containers of thick, murky liquid into each cell.
When they reached Su Mu's cell, one of the men sneered, "Huh, boss, this little yellow-skinned monkey is still alive. Must have the resilience of a cockroach."
A bald leader with menacing tattoos glanced at Su Mu with cold indifference and instructed, "Don't touch him for now. The trade's coming up, and dead organs aren't worth as much. We'll lose money if he's damaged."
The henchman nodded quickly, flashing Su Mu a sinister look and touching a scar on his hand. "Lucky for you, kid…"
---
"Organ trafficking!"
As the men left, Su Mu pieced together what was happening from their conversation. Then a sharp pain struck his head as fragmented memories flooded his mind.
The original owner of this body was also named Su Mu, an ordinary college student who had recently awakened a mutant ability. After using it to escape unscathed from a burning building, his parents discovered his powers and cast him out. Soon after, he was hunted by a mysterious organization and ended up captured and sold by a gang in Hell's Kitchen, locked in this unknown underground prison.
That scarred henchman had been the one who caught him. Su Mu had fought back, nearly biting a chunk from the man's hand, which had led to additional "attention" from the gang.
Seeing his scar-ridden, festering skin, Su Mu guessed the original host had likely died from his injuries. But a more pressing danger loomed. In a week, the gang would trade their "merchandise," and he and the others would be slaughtered like livestock for their organs.
And this world… Stark Industries and mutants? This was the perilous Marvel Universe! Even if he survived now, what about Thanos' snap that could wipe out half the universe? He had no intention of risking a 50-50 chance!
As he despaired, a voice echoed in his mind:
**[Congratulations, you have awakened the 'Omniverse Character Template System'!]**

Immediately, Su Mu noticed a change. He could see in 360 degrees, with heightened clarity that even captured dust particles. Blue lines crisscrossed his vision, trailing to a dim bulb behind him.
Testing his new sight, Su Mu beamed with joy—the first template he received was *Gojo Satoru*! Although Gojo's reputation had taken a hit recently, he was still one of the strongest in "Jujutsu Kaisen." Even partial access to Gojo's abilities would let him escape this prison easily.
Just then, the sound of heavy footsteps approached. The henchman, Jim, whom he remembered vividly, was coming. Jim smirked at Su Mu and muttered, "Didn't expect a runt like you to survive this long. But tomorrow, I'll show you some real fun!"
Sneering, Jim unzipped and poured a yellow liquid into a bowl on the ground. Watching Su Mu's indifferent expression, Jim clenched his hand, the pain from the old bite wound flaring up. Resisting the urge to retaliate, he spat a threat and left.
Once alone, Su Mu inspected the bowl of thin, murky gruel on the ground. Though it hadn't splashed on him, he scooted back a bit, deciding he'd deal with Jim tomorrow.
While his stomach growled, Su Mu ignored the soiled gruel, focusing instead on his new powers. Moving slightly, he blocked the dim bulb with his body, using a cough to mask the sound of breaking the bulb's glass. He hid a shard in his sleeve and touched the lamp's filament, determined to try something daring.
With the precision of Six Eyes, he began absorbing energy from the filament. Energy points accumulated steadily as his skill progressed.
**[Energy Point +1]**
**[Energy Point +1]**
**[Energy Absorption Experience +1]**

Hours passed as Su Mu used his body to shield the bulb and steadily absorbed energy, pouring what he collected into the Gojo template. Eventually, the system announced a change.

**[New Skill Unlocked: Limitless Technique]**
**[Energy Absorption Upgraded!]**
