One day, the fox received news that the fairy was about to marry a strong partner. This news broke his heart, leading him to drown his sorrow in wine until he became drunk. The next morning, when he opened his eyes, he found himself in the home of the village girl. This surprised him, especially because the girl's attentiveness was different from what he had experienced before. He thought she had finally started to respond to his lies, so he began showering her with fake feelings.
One fine day, the fox asked the girl, "Would you like to give me your heart?"
The girl replied, "Sure if you answer my question first."
Curious, the fox asked, "What is it?"
The girl continued, "You liked the fairy because she showed you kindness, but you started breaking women's hearts for her. Have you ever considered whether she needed you to do that?"
Surprised and scared, the fox asked her how she knew this.
The village girl said, "I remember the day you were drunk and told me everything."
