The days went on as always with nothing much. The only new thing was him making 200 bronze notes in the previous day after meeting with the middle aged man again. So on the day of the awakening Kael wakes up as usual but something was off he feels like his soul is detached from his body. Breathing has become more difficult as the air seems to be hotter than usual. The dreams have become consistent leading to uncomfortable nights. The bright side being the fact that now his hearing has evolved and sense of smell has improved. His nose has become no different to a dog.
All that aside currently the sun has risen in the eastern horizon it's rays hitting the dew on the grass blades giving them a shine. In a 3 floor storey house room no.7 a boy lying on his mattress is currently shivering." Damn its s...so..c...co ..cold." he stammers while pulling the blanket closer.
He curls himself into a ball but nothing seems to be working." Ooh fork it time to go to school." He gets up but then his vision turns black and the next thing he knows he is back on his bed. Looking around he notices the old blind man calmly sipping his tea next to him." What the...oow...shoot...it hurts." He tries getting off the mattress to no avail.
" I would stay still if I were you kiddo." The old man says. He places the cup down and takes out a loaf of bread from his shawl and starts munching on it .
Kael watches him dumbfoundedly" who are you really old man?" He asks disrupting the man from his bread.
" Oh let me introduce myself though you probably know me. I'm thronos gale the third or in other words the last garou chief." Hearing his introduction Kaels eyes widen in disbelief he raises his finger pointing it at him. " You...you're the reason why I'm suffering you just had to start an all out war then get yourself lost and trapped in the void didn't you?" Kael rants his frustrations. "Argh..." the old man chokes on the bread after hearing the boys words.
" Sigh if only you knew how it feels to have a breakthrough in you're respective element kiddo." He says with a sad and melancholic smile.
That's right the old man Infront of him is the sole reason why the garou are now extinct those left have diluted bloodlines like Kael. During his reign he called for an all out war with the descendants of fenrir. Believing himself to be stronger than the current Alpha king he challenged them. But on the eve of battle he broke through his space element and got lost in the void exiting it a hundred years later. The clan he once was a ruler of was no more only ruins remained. He stood at the ruins with blank eyes his soul leaving his body for a moment before falling in tears while apologizing to the dead but the dead can't speak nor can they hear.
Filled with grief he attacked fenrirs descendants leading to a mass genocide that went down in history. If not for the goddess tasking him with guiding the next generations he would have taken his life joining his comrades.
Coming back from his thoughts he flashes a melancholic smile then turns to the kid. " You've got tough days ahead kid you must have a firm and ushakable will and faith to traverse the challenges on you're way." Seeing him in pain he places his hand on his forehead closing his eyes a calming formless energy entering Kaels body. " ~usijali~ just relax when you wake up it would be time."
He takes out an incense stick burning it and placing it next to Kael. He goes back to enjoying his bread and tea.
After hours the moonlight finally shines out making the darkness scatter. In the shabby apartment Thronos looks through the window the back at Kael. He shakes his head before waving his hand isolating the room from the normal dimension. He shakes his other hand and the roof is blasted off making way for the moonlight glow to fall exactly on top of kael. The moment the moonlight hits Kael on his chest, he opens his eyes abruptly with his chest rising making him bend unbaturally. His eyes widen almost popping out as his heart starts beating at a faster rate. He attempts to clench his left side of the chest hoping to stop it but fails. " I have secured you're whole body for you're own good kid,from here on our listen and follow every word I say." Thronos says lightly.
Hearing his voice Kael snaps his head in his direction growling while snapping his mouth.
Seeing his reaction a smile forms on his mouth rather a grin to be exact taking up half his face.
Popping sounds come from his body as he goes on all fours with his spine elongating and teeth too.
His robs tear apart as fur forms on his body. His face elongates followed by the emergence of a tail completing his transformation.
Right Infront of Kael a three metre wolf with white fur reflecting the rays of moonlight giving him a magnetic and majestic aura." Grrrrrrr....mind you're manners boy." A booming voice comes from his mouth his eyes shining bright white oppressing Kael completely. Looking at the monstrosity Infront of him Kael comes down and growls in pain. " Good boy now be good cub and listen to you're elder."
The moment he is done Kael growls in pain as popping sounds come out of his body. His spine elongates and transforms bringing up lots of pain that bring him to tears."Grrrrrraaaaaaaaaaaaah....s ..stop....damn it ...it hurts " failing to hold the pain in he screams his lungs out. After the spine his fingers and toes tear apart blood flowing out like tap water and sharp nails form on his finger tips. He keeps on screaming his lungs out. Amidst the pain and scream the large wolf Infront of him keeps on staring with indifferent eyes. After a while his screams and wails turn to low whimps. Finally after an eternity of torment and pain it finally stops or that's what he thought as a sudden jolt of pain hits him in his lower backbone as a bump forms right above his backside. ~Rip~ the sound of flesh tearing is heard and a tail forms out of nowhere.
" Aaaaaaaaaagh ..... I can't take it anymore .." he screams overwhelmed by pain almost passing out.
" Don't loose consciousness kid it's almost done find an anchor and let it guide you or else the pain will turn you into a feral beast. He roars seeing that Kael was about to loose his consciousness.
" Think of what you're gonna loose when you go astray kid. The money, the women and the power." He says while paying attention to his reaction. He notes that Kaels eyes lit up on the mention of women. " That's right kid think of the women you can have them all the thick babes,petites and milfs if you want." He adds with a deep grin on his face.
" Grrrrr....aaaaah the pain...can't stop now...gotta endure....for the babes....the thick babes...fork" Kael tells himself preventing himself from passing out." Seeing that he succeeded Thronos moves forming intricate intricate hand sigh s channeling the moon or lunar energy in kaels body." Focus on the energy kid and that will be it." He says his voice coming out in a growl. Feeling the cool lunar energy flowing through his body Kael closes his eyes sighing lightly "aaahh finally at peace let me close my eyes." He tries closing his eyes but then a sharp pain hits his eyes and they start bleeding.
~Grrrrr~ gritting his teeth he endures the pain and finally a white glow filled his whole grotesque figure. Within the white fog kaels shadowy figure is seen taking the final transformation. When it receeded a pure white wolf descends and lands on its four paws.
The moment his paws touched the ground a feeling from within him bubbled up and ~hoooowl~ he howls to the moons. The clouds patted a majestic voice fell from the heavens "YOU ARE NOW MY CHILD I GIVE YOU MY BLESSINGS AND YOU SHALL BE MY SHIELD AND SWORD NOW RISE AND TAKE UPON YOURE NEW NAME KARL."
