As Akira entered the room, he saw 3 people sitting inside as if they were waiting for him.
The first person he noticed was the strongest person in the room.
He was a short man with straight black hair styled in an undercut curtain, as well as narrow, intimidating dull gray eyes with dark circles under them and a deceptively youthful face.
He was quite short, but his physique was well-developed in musculature from extensive usage. He was usually either frowning or expressionless.
He was seen in his uniform, with a light gray button-up shirt underneath, along with his trademark white ascot.
Akira could tell that this man was Levi Ackerman, and just like Mikasa, he felt like a titan in human skin, matter of fact Akira could just tell that this man was stronger than Mikasa.
No....this was stronger than him....huh, I never thought he would ever hear himself saying that, finding someone stronger than him was no easy feat, he was by all means superhuman.
However, Levi Ackerman had way more skill than the current Akira.
Akira gazed then went to the second strongest person in the room.
His gaze landed on a man who had a commanding presence, he stood tall and had a quite muscular build with his blond hair kept neatly parted on the left side.
He wore a calm and collected expression on his face, with his icy blue eyes being one of his most striking features. His eyebrows were also quite noticeable, being very thick and bushy.
He also wore the survey corp uniform, though he had some slight changes to show his position.
Akira could tell from the look on this man's face, that he was very ambitious.
Akira gazed and then went toward the last person in the room, the person that had been looking at with childlike joy once he entered the building.
It was none other than Hange Zoe.....
She had wide light brown eyes and shoulder-length dark brown hair that she kept tied up in an unkempt high ponytail with bangs parted down the middle.
Her hair was thrown up and was oily and unclean. She wore square, thick-rimmed glasses that had bands strapped around their head to keep them from dislodging during combat.
She seemed to be jumping around with joy...he wondered what got her so excited.
"Cadet Akira Hyuga correct"
Akira made sure to give the man the respect he deserved and also what was expected of him as a cadet.
"Yes"
Erwin studied Akira from where he was, his gaze lingering on Akira's pupilless white eyes.
"Your effort against the titan during the fall of Trost was admirable, you did a wonderful job"
"I just did what was expected of me," Akira said politely not trying to brag or anything, he just did what he was expected to do really.
"Do not be so humble thank you for your help, a lot of cadets survived this whole ordeal"
Akira just nodded his head politely as if to say, no need for the praise.
"Cadet Akira, I have heard that you would paralyze the titan, may you elaborate on that"
Akira now begins to realize why he was here...also the way that Erwin layered praises alongside questions was something he kind of expected from the commander.
"It's simple, I just hit their tenketsu point"
Erwin's brow furrow a bit, but he seem to tell Akira to go on.
"You see, everyone possesses those Tenketsu points all around their body, think of them as where your life energy flows, all I did was block it, by hitting the Tenketsu point in their neck, I essentially paralyzed them from the neck down until they remove the needle or they healed the damage" Akira explained.
"Then tell me, how can you see that Tenketsu points with such accuracy, from your explanation they are positioned inside the human body" Erwin exclaimed.
Akira opened his mouth and said "It's because of my eyes...once activated, I can see them, The world turns color become inverted and I can all the roughly 361 Tenketsu points in one body"
"What else can you do with those eyes of yours....."
"Let see... 360-degree vision, 500-meter range in all directions, 3-kilometer range if I focus in one direction, and even if there is a wall in the way, I can see through it, no obstacle can hide you from my range"
Akira felt a cold sweat down his shoulder as he turned around to the giddy Hange, the girl looked like she was on cloud nine the more he spoke.
Oh word, he never felt so scared for his life before.
This girl was the definition of scary, he sure hoped he didnt get to be anywhere near her.
"Also if the cadet asks, my range is 350 meters in all directions and 1 kilometer if I focus in one direction"
"Why the half-truth?"
"I have reason to believe the colossal titan is a titan shifter like Eren, when I got close to him, I could vaguely make out the figure of someone in its nape"
Erwin seemed to be interested in that tidbit of information.
"Were you able to recognize them?" The man asked.
"No... unfortunately as I got within range, another titan had attracted all of the mindless titans into the wall,so I was unable to follow them as my focus shifted to focusing on saving the civilians"
Erwin seemed to ponder this information a bit....this was new information.
"And you have reason to believe that the colossal titan is part of the cadets"
"Yes sir"
"And why may that be"
"My eyes are secrets that I usually keep to myself, the only people who probably saw it beforehand are the people in the 104 cadet squad,"
Erwin pondered on it for a bit.
"Akira, you will be joining the Levi squad and working as their eyes"
Akira bowed his head politely.
"Beforehand, you shall be joining Hange on some testing, you are dismissed"
Akira bowed politely before leaving the room, he felt Levi glare at him for a bit.
As Akira left the room, Erwin looked at Levi and said "What do you think of him?"
"He seems...fine" Levi responded in a rather cold voice
Erwin then turned toward Hange and said "I want you to test his ocular prowess, if his ability is like he proclaims, he would be of great help to the survey corp, whatever you do....do not damage his eyes"
"Promise!" Hange said with a wide grin on her face....she was just so giddy.
