Yes, going to New York was a success. Even Lucinda's annoying self could not dampen my day. Even after all my opposition, they paid for the things I got for Ama.
It perplexed me that they got things for me and even paid for them.
The next day, our luggage was packed, and we were waiting for the driver to take us to jet. The kids had tried to get their aunty and grandma to follow us home.
It was cute and sad. When we finally went to the jet, the kids were already teary eyed because of their departure. They even missed their room. I guess they enjoyed this vacation a little too much.
Who could blame them though?
It was beautiful, and perfect asides butting lips with Lucien.
Granted, we more than butted lips with each other, but it never ceased to leave me appalled. Maybe, what I needed was a good quickie or one night stand because there is no way I will be going down that route with Lucien.
