Godfrey looks to Robert and smiles.
"Grandfather, please finalise the process."
Robert nods as he types it into his virtual keyboard. He then crosses his arms and shares some news.
"Alright done. You are officially a hero now. This is unprecedented and so you'll most definitely have to give interviews at some point. I personally think this is the best choice. Your growth astounds me. Never in the history of mankind has anyone been as strong as you are. Your father was thought to be the strongest that will ever be, we were wrong."
Ambrose slaps Godfrey's back as he boasts.
"HAHA! My son is the strongest in the world!!"
Robert laughs and shakes his head.
"The other number 1's will not let you go unchallenged. Trust me when I say that they will not treat you like a child. It is without question that they have seen footage of your fight through their own satellites on Mars. Be prepared."
Robert massages his forehead at the next piece of information.
"Also, the Mars base has taken extensive damage. The other races have expressed concern over the safety of their younger generation. Over 95% have pulled out of the Academy on Mars."
Robert leans back on his chair and strokes his beard as he continues.
"It's fine. It was an idealistic notion anyway. Harmony between races will take more time. The Mars base will take at least 2 years to repair, and even longer until it is fully operational. The main point, however, are the natives of Mars. They-"
Godfrey interjects and corrects Robert.
"They are called the M'hakians, and they are victims. I wish to grant them a seat on the negotiation tables. They deserve to be treated with respect."
Robert nods and raises a placating hand.
"Yes, the M'hakians. They have made their wishes clear. They want to cooperate with us for the collective good of all races. They understand now, as we do, that there is a threat from the stars. The King's son returned unharmed and the M'hakians sing songs of praise for their saviour. You, my boy, have been busy. Hahahaha."
Godfrey smiles and is thankful that some good came out of the situation. Robert displays Godfrey's hero rank once more and interlocks his fingers.
"Before I was interrupted by your exit, I believe I was explaining the advantages. There are 3 main boons. I must explain that even though you are an independent hero, you are still a part of Aesir Alliance. We simply won't dictate your actions, and will only request for your help on special missions."
Robert continues as he relaxes some more into his chair.
"Firstly, you can monopolise Alliance resources and manpower for whatever you see fit. As long as it doesn't involve any criminal or villainous intent. Secondly, our state of the art training room is now available. Though it may be useless to you now, you can still try to record your data there."
Robert pauses and displays a solar system that Godfrey is confused by. He decides to ask his parents about it later.
"Lastly, as number 1 you represent the entire Aesir Alliance and will be given travel rights to other planets. Use this boon wisely. The current tensions are unfavourable. Though the Orcs seems to like you. I believe the headmaster was an exception, as their king wants to meet you. The elves have always had good relations with us, your recent deal seems to have made it better."
Calanthe's eyes widen as she grabs Godfrey's attention.
"Oh by the way my child. Elicia contacted me and informed me that the lake of purification won't be ready until 5 years later. Just thought you should know."
Godfrey nods and thanks Robert. The Gallahad's then exit the Alliance headquarters and regretted the fact that they didn't use a hovercar.
A swarm of reporters fight to get to the forefront of the security barrier as they see Godfrey. Like hyenas seeing a pile of meat, they leap forward with questions galore.
Godfrey simply tunes them out and a crack of thunder from above silences the scene. Satisfied, he then speaks calmly.
"If there are any questions, then please set up a proper interview with our PR representative Dave Hoover. That will be all."
Godfrey then carries his parents and takes to the skies. He uses a considerable speed and arrives within minutes to their family mansion. Dave is there waiting at the front entrance. He waves exaggeratedly and shouts.
"Here comes the number 1 hero!!! Yeeeeaaahhhhh!!! Do you know how many people have contacted me about interviews??".
Godfrey laughs as he gently puts his parents down and gives Dave a big hug. Dave looks at Godfrey and asks with confusion.
"Did you get even more muscular? This is insane. How heavy are you now?"
Godfrey shrugs nonchalantly as he replies.
"I do not think it matters uncle Dave."
Dave laughs and slaps Godfrey's massive shoulder.
"Hah. That's what you think. Desmond is going to have a field day with testing you, sadly he's out on a extended humanitarian mission. He won't be back for a while."
Godfrey just laughs and the group head inside the mansion.

3 days later

Godfrey is currently on a private beach under some shade. His eyes are closed as he thinks back to what his mother said.
FLASHBACK
"Mother. Why does the solar system appear as such? 7 worlds orbit the sun in a perfect ring, and yet Mars seems to have been knocked away. How are the worlds in a perfect ring?"
Calanthe crossed her arms and looks to be thinking of her answer. She gives Godfrey a serious look and answers.
"I have no idea. Nobody does. Physics demands that a solar system looks different, but ours somehow looks like this. We don't have the necessary technology to do a proper scan."

Godfrey gets up from the beach chair and decides to head home. He climbs above the clouds and pushes his speed to the limit. Faster and faster he goes, until the clouds seem like a flat white canvas.

2 hours later
.
.
Godfrey arrives at his house and dons his super suit. He searches around the house and finds that no one is home. He decides to send a message to his parents, telling them of his desire to visit Sylphaera on El'hirn.
Within minutes, he arrives at the Alliance Headquarters and heads to the teleportation hub. He scans his thumbprint and the teleporter hums to life.
*BOM-WOOOOOP*
A few seconds later, he finds himself in a teleportation hub, but different from what he's used to. It seems to be on the inside of a hollow spiralling tree. Seeing no personnel, Godfrey steps out of the hub and sees a vast expanse of forest. Magical energies permeate the entirety of it and a towering tree can be seen in the distance.
Godfrey takes to the skies and gets halfway to the tree until a screech captures his attention.
"SKRIIIAAAAAAAA"
Godfrey turns around and blocks a massive talon that slightly pushes him back through the air. He looks to the creature that attacked him and sees that it has an eagle's head and talons, as well as a lion's body with wings.
The creature once more swings its talons and Godfrey catches them. He tosses it to the ground and goes to deliver a mighty blow, but is stopped by a wave of frost that slams into him. Surprised, Godfrey turns and sees Sylphaera in a dress fit for royalty.
She puts her hands to her hips and angrily reprimands Godfrey.
"You flew didn't you? There are signs saying that you should follow the path if you want to get to the world tree!! I came here as fast as I could to see you but here you are beating on a royal Griffon. Luckily I got here in time."
Godfrey scratches his head in embarrassment and apologises to the Griffon. It huffs at him and flies away. Sylphaera then smiles as she grabs him by the hand and pulls Godfrey towards the World Tree.
Upon entering, the magical energies seem to explode in power and bombard Godfrey's senses. He thinks to himself, impressed.
'No wonder the elves are masters of the arcane. They seem to have focused a vast amount of magical energies into the World Tree. This is a haven for mages. Though the elves of my previous life never had to do this. Magic loved them.'
The duo step onto a vine elevator that slowly takes them to the top of the tree.
Sylphaera watches him as Godfrey is in awe at the magnificent sight around him. She bitterly thinks to herself.
'My Godfrey. You have become so powerful. I am sorry. To have been such a burden in our previous life. No more.'
She is brought out of her mind by Godfrey's deep voice.
"Sylphaera..."
She looks up and sees the smile that got her to fall for him in both lives. She sweetly gives her own smile and asks.
"Yes, Godfrey?"
Godfrey just chuckles as he voices his thoughts.
"Why had you not told me that you were an elf? And royalty at that. Also why would you study on Earth?"
Sylphaera hesitates and the temptation to reveal the truth becomes overwhelming.
'To see you. No. Not yet. Not until I have reawakened my divinity. Not until I drag you down no longer.'
Godfrey sees her hesitation and reassures her.
"Whatever the reason, know that I will not think any less of you."
Sylphaera smiles at that and waves away Godfrey's words.
"No, no, it's just embarrassing. I wanted to see what all the fuss about humans were. I see that it was all just hot air. They're the same as the other races."
Godfrey agrees as he replies.
"Yes. We're not special. Just doing our best."
Sylphaera smiles fondly at his answer as they reach the top of the tree.
'You have changed, Godfrey. For the better.'
Once they reach the top, a vast platform can be seen with a splendid castle. There by the entrance is Queen Elicia. She opens her arms and shouts with great happiness, as she sees Sylphaera holding Godfrey's hand.
"Welcome Godfrey Gallahad, to El'hirn!"
