A sudden appearance of a car switching lanes without indication spoiled the driver's ranting as he stepped on the break. The car came to a stop and Luka, who was asleep, hit his head on the window waking him up in an instant. The cursing driver didn't make the situation any quite as he shouted out of the window flipping the other driver. Finally, the journey continued and Luka still exhausted, attempted to sleep as his unfortunate incident with him being drugged kept him up. Myra, seeing that the issue was resolved, continued working with her main intention to completing to gather the evidence for her new clients case. She felt a certain weight on her shoulder as she was half way through with her work. Luka's head was on her shoulder as he slept on her shoulder. At this moment, Neil who was stuck in his office documenting some files was called to the head office. He walked through the aesthetic walls, observing the various awards. Finally arriving at the office, he entered seeing the head seated in the middle of the board room, holding some documents. Greetings were exchanged and Neil was instantly asked to report Myra's location. On the other side, Luka woke up to seeing Myra working, noticing her client he immediately took the laptop from the startled Myra and asked if her new client was Victor gullio, an illegal immigrant accused of killing an officer by the name Mark Laure. Even before he received an answer the laptop was snatched from his hands and Myra who angrily looked at Luka told he to mind his own business if he wished to live. Luka simply kept quiet, his last request was to refuse the case that was met with a quick denial. An hour had passed and the two were seated quietly as the driver fueled the car. Suddenly, a message reported on the radio about the massive road block as terrorists took over the road they were on. Luka left without a word as he drew the attention of Myra. Approaching the driver, Luka zipping his seater and putting on a hood requested the driver to take Myra to a nearby motel that had no occupants and to head home. Taking his phone out he requested for the driver's account and paid for the drive. Although confused, the driver thanked him and watched his figure leaving. Noticing his slight limp, the driver handed him a compression bandage and random stick to aid his walk. The streets were cold and packed with cars that were at a stand still, Luka finally arrived at the stopping point where all the terrorists controlled the ignorant drivers. Hiding himself from them, he observed the seen up ahead where three men were installing a machine at the side of the highway. Taking his chance, he grabbed a nearby man and pulled him down disarming him and covering his mouth. One hard blow to the chin knocked him out cold as he changed into the man's clothes and hiding his face with his bandana. After carefully hiding him far from the seen he walked over to the others with an AK-47 in hand fully loaded. The sudden sound coming from his belt drew his attention as he hard a command for all terrorists to evacuate the location almost like a request for back up. Looking at the walkie talkie on the belt buckle he looked up watching the rest leaving on bikes. One bike remained at the seen and an immediate image of Luka telling all the driver to run was noticed. Once the message was taken and most people were out of the vicinity, he got on the bike wanting to start it. It delay noted as a panic grew on his face. Getting of he realized that even if he got the bike to start he would not get far with the low fuel. Pushing the bike to the area next to the incapacitated man he hid using him as a shield waiting for the next action. Back at the office, Neil briefed his boss of the situation with Myra's mother inquiring input of her schedule that day. His boss sighed heavily remembering all the stress Myra recently had but requested her to be present tomorrow as she had a special request to fulfil. Agreeing , Neil left the office relieved. Myra stared at the window as she wondered where Luka had gone when she received a call from the hospital, "Hello?" she asked the other line just to be answered with a surgeon. The information about the successful surgery was a told as more details were described including the current state of the sleeping patient. Accepting all that was relaid Myra ended the call, as if fate was on her side, the driver had just arrived to the motel dropping Myra off and departing. A loud bang was heard asbords were seen flying in the sky although the location of the actual explosion was far. The sound emmited was so loud that Myra had heard it from the motel. Instantly thinking of Luka's reckless stupidity she attempted to call but nothing went through.

Coming from under a large loading truck, Luka appeared with the body off the man he used as a shield. The heat intensified as the realization of his predicament was easily noticable. The smell of burning vehicles and falling pieces of debris from the cars were evident. Luckily no one was gravely injured a Luka turned his attention to the man who wasn't breathing. Performing CPR, Luka attempted to avoid all the falling pieces falling victim to the pieces but inevitably got some cuts and bruises. After receiving a pulse, Luka carried the man on his back stopping some thorn seatbelts to the man and himself to secure him. On the bike that was surprisingly in great shape, Luka boarded it and this time successfully started the engine. Manoeuvering around the debris and smoke was no easy task let alone the intense heat made the place a living hell. Noticing he only had a couple of meters left Luka realized that he would not be able to make it to a safety zone before a bunch more cars begin exploding due to the leaking gasoline, having no other choice he sped up the only thought was getting out alive. As if the heavens let his sins slide, he was able to get out of the packed area to see that some citizens were still affected. After confirming the arrival of tha paramedics through one of the people, although a three hour with to the scene. He stooped to assist all those who were gravelly injured from mother's to children and eventually departing with his suspect still strapped to his back. Continuing on by foot his bleeding controlled by the bandages he received, he walked for two hours away from site to see a motel not far. As expected it was empty, not a car in sight as he entered the reception office to find an old lady most likely in her fifties smoking a blunt while listening to the current affairs on a classic nineties radio. His bloody figure was evident as he asked if a girl named Myra checked in. Without the lady taking a glance at him, she said that she was in room 12 and that there is an extra pair of clothes down the street at a shack store as if this was nothing but normal to her. Deciding to get clothes first, Luka walked to the shack that was Brocken and vandalized talking some clothes from the store and walking to the room. His blood loss was substantial as he knocked on the door. Myra woke up from her chair to open the door just to see Luka in bad shape. Without a greeting he entered the place and tied the suspect to a chair as he checked his pulse rate that was low but stable. Luka asked Myra for a first aid kit but found that she had long gone to get it. Deciding to shower, he went to the bathroom while the suspect slowly regained consciousness. Myra came back to find a badly beaten middle aged man moving him and his chair to a bag to locate a knife. Using the kit , Myra knocked him out as Luka exited the shower with cuts and bruises having stopped the bleeding. Looking at the scene Infront of him of a pissed Myra with a first aid kit and the unfortunate victim of the heavy blow, he sighed heavily before coughing out blood. With a hazy look he navigated himself to the couch where Myra's immediate focus was on his fatal injuries. With her experience in the military, Myra made dew with what she had, bandaging and disinfecting the several cuts and injuries he had. Putting the final bandaid on his injured eyebrow, she sighed with relief talking time to observe his state. Feeling pity for him, she used her forehead to read his temperature that was slightly high but was interrupted by the groan of the bleeding assailants that she rushed to. Treating him was only temporary as both of them shall require urgent care sooner or later in their state.
