Synopsis
This is a random story that I most likely will not focus on, I simply had an idea that I wanted to write about. So essentially we have a person reborn in the world of Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children with multiple Peculiarities. How will he change the world and what might change from his birth in the world.

Chapter 1 - Chapter 1: Rebirth, Years Pass, & A Dangerous Encounter

'Well that's just great!' I thought annoyed about my situation.

My name is, or rather was, Edward Jones. I was plucked from my last life at the whim of some sort of Extra-dimensional being. All they told me is that I would be sent to the world of Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children. I wasn't given any choices or wishes they simply said that I would be a very powerful Peculiar, and the only one that would've been documented as having multiple Peculiarities and that I was supposed to stop Mr Baron.

The being that brought me to this universe gave me my own backstop, I would be the older brother of Jacob Portman, or Jake as he would go by, i was older by a few years, although I didn't know exactly how many years, but I was abandoned at birth due to how my Peculiarity manifested physically.

From what I was told and the memories I now hold, my Peculiarity involved the control of space, this Peculiarity caused my eyes to be black and I was thought to be a demon, due to this, I was never at any foster homes or orphanages for very long as they sent me away as soon as they saw my eyes.

Based on when Jake was supposed to have been born, which was 1999 considering he was 17 in 2016, so I don't know why I was abandoned like that, it's not like I was born in the middle ages. I suppose the being I met had some influence on this.

As I got older I noticed that my eyes were no longer completely black, they now had multiple specks of light that almost looked like stars. As this deformity didn't inhibit my sight at all, I was able to function normally. I normally would keep my eyes covered by sunglasses or some sort of blindfold so I was seen as if I was blind.

It took around 5 years until I was able to gain a semblance of control over my Peculiarity. I could teleport through space, form the space around me in a variety of ways. I could make, weapons, tools, even clothes. But that only made life on the streets slightly more bearable.

That's right, I have had to live on the streets as I found it was at least a little easier than having to deal with people. Honestly throughout my short life so far, I had developed a sort of complex when it came to interacting with normal people. I didn't really trust anyone and I knew that nobody would care about a young blind child, so I kept to myself and used my Peculiarity to survive.

I did try and find other Peculiars or maybe an Ymbryne, but I had no such luck. I only knew where Miss Peregrine's Home was and I was unfortunately still living in the states. I didn't have enough control over my Peculiarity to teleport to a place I had never been.

I plan to make my way there slowly throughout the years and hopefully I'll finally have a place where I can belong.

There was a silver lining to my dismal situation though, after another 5 years of training, I learned that I could form, what I called my space wings, wings I had tirelessly worked on making with my Peculiarity that allowed me to fly. It had always been a dream of mine to fly like a bird in my past life. Using my Peculiarity I would both fly to, and teleport towards a different city every week until I would eventually reach a port and I knew I had to stowaway on a ship to leave the country. Staying undetected was pretty easy as any time I was almost found, I simply teleported to a different area of the ship.

I had eventually made it to Europe and I was in the city of Cardiff in Wales. It was here that i encountered my first Hollow and found out that I had another Peculiarity. Just like my brother Jake, whom I'd never met, and my Grandfather whom I may never meet, I can see the Hollows and it was through this discovery that I knew what I had to do.

I tracked the Hollow down. Wasn't that hard if I'm being honest, they aren't hard to miss when you have the ability to see them. The were giant Slender man looking monsters.

When I followed it to a warehouse, I discovered that it was a trap. Many Hollowgast were there along with some wights. I wasn't sure who they were as I didn't quite recognize any of them, but I knew that I only had two options, run, or fight.

Even though I was only 10 years old, and I hadn't fully gotten the hang of my Peculiarity, I knew enough to protect myself, at least I thought I did.

I created a giant greatsword as I found that whatever I created was weightless just like space is, but it is no less powerful even though it weighs nothing.

I created my Space Wings and flew towards the Hollows. I swung my sword and was able to cut the heads off of three Hollows all at once. There were a large group of Hollows, 10 by my count, well now 7. I believed that they would be the biggest immediate threat, how wrong I was.

I had forgotten that the Wights had regained access to their Peculiarities after they had returned to their human forms, so I had to deal with an array of abilities. Thankfully there were only 4 Wights so I wasn't entirely overwhelmed.

There was a Wight with Electrical Manipulation Peculiarity, one with some sort of semi-transformation Peculiarity, one with a Cryokinetic Peculiarity that I was able to remember as one of the Wights with the Baron, and the last one had a Peculiarity that allowed them to stretch their limbs.

I decided to fly higher as I had to avoid the transformation Wight as they had bird wings and were flying after me all the while I was having to dodge bolts of electricity, icicles, and stretched limbs trying to grab me.

I clearly did not have as much experience with flying as the Wight did so she was able to knock me down quite quickly, causing my sword to dissipate. I was then attacked by the other Wights. They evidently saw fit to torture me a little before they let the Hollows kill me. I was electrocuted over and over until I had at least 2nd degree burns, bordering on 3rd degree. The winged Wight had claws attached to her wings and scratched me all over which hurt much more due to the freshly burned skin. I then had one of my arms grabbed and it started to freeze. The Wight decided to break limb after limb, each one shattering from the impact.

First it was my thumb, then index finger, and all my fingers after that one by one, until eventually my entire arm up to where my bicep is located, was shattered completely. I screamed in agony this whole time and I began to regret not leaving as soon as I discovered it was a trap.

The winged Wight had picked me up and directed me towards the group of Hollowgast and was then promptly thrown before them. I was grabbed in one of their giant arms, squeezed by their arm as I felt bones breaking, and I watched as they encircled me. I was then held by their tentacle like tongues. The tongues slowly traveled up my face, ripping off my blindfold to reveal my eyes. One of the tentacles slowly made it's way toward my eye.

"NO! PLEASE DON'T! STOP! NOOOOO!"

In my fear, another Peculiarity I apparently had, seemed to have activated. Flames started to sprout from my body and I started to burn the Hollows that surrounded me and I was finally dropped as the Hollow that had grabbed me was burned partially to ash.

I was very weak as using my Space Peculiarity always took a lot out of me, but I was able to muster up enough power to teleport away. I had appeared in an empty alley and I couldn't tell exactly how far I had teleported. I was running while holding my stump where my arm used to be in pain, when I came across someone that was like a guardian angel in my time of need.

I could see in front of me, a slightly younger version of Abraham, my grandfather. Considering how much younger he loooked, I could guess that I was probably around 5-6 years older than Jacob, or Jake as he will go by.

I could tell that based on the fewer Grey hairs than he had in the movie. I looked up at him with my burned, broken, and bruised body while tears escaped my eyes. I rushed into him as I hugged him and I sobbed as I tried to speak through my sobbing.

"W-warehouse, t-there's monsters. They.... h-hurt me." I said as I cried.

"It is alright my boy, you will be safe now." He said as he hugged me.

....

(Abraham Portman POV)

I had heard reports of the Wights gathering and I had seen my own share of sightings of the Hollows gathering as well in Cardiff and was on my way to investigate.

I had arrived in Cardiff and came across a strange sight, there was a young blindfolded kid running through the city after a man. I assumed that the man might've been a relative, so I didn't investigate it.

As I had been searching through the city I eventually heard loud screams of what sounded like a child. Based upon the reports and the fact it was a child, it was most likely a Peculiar Child that had been found by the Hollows.

I was making my way over, crossing through an alley I spotted nearby when I saw a child just appear ahead of me in the alley. I don't know what kind of Peculiarity would allow one to do that, but that was something I could find out later. I saw the child was running toward me, clearly terrified. When he stepped out of the shadows, my heart stopped for a moment.

The boy had nearly 3rd degree burns over the majority of his body. Looking carefully, I could see he was covered in bruising around his chest that seemed consistent with bones having been broken and being grabbed by someone, or something in this case, most likely, a Hollowgast.

I then saw most of his right arm was missing I could see that it appeared to be frozen partially nearing the shoulder, clearly a result of a Cryokinetic Peculiarity. And scratches all over his face.

'This poor young man. Miss Peregrine's Loop is closest, I will bring him there, but first I must see if I can treat his most egregious wounds.' I thought to myself as I held the boy.
