ROMANO'S POV
"Wel..welcome Master. Welcome Capo" Hudson greeted, taking my briefcase. His face was pale and his shoulders looked stiff
Danté and I shared a look. I guess we both saw the same thing. He was tensed.
"How was yesterday?" I asked, raising up my sleeve as I walked into the house. My eyes scanned the living room. It looked clean but something was missing. My eyes flew to the couch but there was no trace of fallen strands of hair on it.
She always left traces of her on that couch by the little strand of hair she leaves, unknowingly.
"About that, Master" Hudson said with a shaky voice.
"How about you go tidy up and get down, Romano" Danté said, pushing me upstairs. "I'll be here. You owe me a drink remember?"
Glaring at Danté for interrupting, I sighed. "Help yourself" I said, pointing at my mini bar shelf.
