I had been working for hours, and while I expected there to be some signs of mana exhaustion at some point, none came at all. Was it because I was using a land focus in this cave? A hallway-like passage, open, and a thin compact wall from the floor to almost reaching the ceiling. I also carved out a window-like hole into the thin room wall, and made some other useful things in there for Berry, like shelving and ledges, which were recessed and jutted out of the far wall above where the new straw bed would go for Berry to store things she wanted to keep safely out of Diana's reach.

The very first thing Berry did was pick up and move the straw pile that was her bed into the new bedroom. She laid it all out neatly and still had space to put things. Berry was chatting with Lily about a few things, when a couple of visitors dropped in.
